- location is really in the middle of nowhere - meals below what you expect from Italians/Sudtirolians - accommodations far below what I expected. Had to change the room, because the one given to us was decorated before I was born;) The new room we get was small, even I asked for high standards So, take rather other options

I stayed in the hotel for my ski holiday for a week in March-2018. Very nice hotel and great hospitality! The rooms are spacious, very warm and very clean (cleaned every day). The staff is nice, very friendly and ready to help, speaking different languages. The spa is just wonderful, with different saunas and a big pool. Lovely music, played and sang by local mayor! Delicious food! The ski bus is always ready to bring you to ski lift and back. Really enjoyed the holiday! I certainly recommend it if you want to stay for a ski holiday.

Wonderful hotel sited within walking distance to major lifts to ski runs. Excellent facilities including pool and spa. Spacious clean rooms with satellite TV internet connection and patio with access from balconies. Excellent food served by well spoken English staff. I definitely recommend a visit if you are wanting to book a ski holiday.

A family run hotel, with a good variety of cuisine catering to all, the only thing I would prefer more of is the local cuisine. The spa is wonderful and could be even more relaxing if there weren't disrespectful guests who think we are at a party or think we like listening to their telephone conversations! Our room was spacious as well as our bathroom, and I must say that I was snug warm, no complaints about the heating or the housekeeping both in my opinion excellent!!!!

I was here a few years ago. The hotel is nice and romantic. Cleanliness is excellent. The bathrooms have a window. The skibus is active, you will arrive comfortably to the ski slopes. The food is good and right portions. The rooms are not at all cold. Countries around are very nice, at Xmas time you can find Nativity Scene

Our family of 4 (2 kids <10 yrs) stayed at this hotel in Jan 2012. Hotel is run by the family- hosts were very nice, friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located, close to slopes & shopping centre. Each morning shuttle bus delivered everyone to the ski lifts and picked in the afternoon. Our room was very spacious & kept clean every day. Food in the restaurant was delicious and fresh-every night were pleasantly surprised with some Italian specialty. There was sauna, so this was great apres-ski for us. We felt like at home and are really thankfull to family Mattarei. Want to go there again next year and recommend to everyone! Romante
