Tuto destinaci jsme navštívili s manželkou prostřednictvím cestovní kanceláře Exim Tours. Hotel je označen pěti hvězdičkami, odpovídá sotva dvěma. Pokoj byl v přízemí, mimo naši přítomnost nevětratelný, zařízení omšelé. V koupelně plíseň, špatně fungující vodovodní baterie. Fén na zdi nefunkční, dráty odpojeny. Nejhorší byla jídelna. Všudypřítomný zápach, nádobí pravděpodobně myjí ve špinavé vodě, protože neskutečně zapáchalo. U Hotelová pláž obklopena dotěrnými prodejci, všude odpadky. U hotelového bazénu nedostatek slunečníků. Přivezli jsme si měsíc přetrvávající žaludeční a střevní potíže. My wife and I visited this destination through the travel agency Exim Tours. The hotel is marked with five stars, it barely corresponds to two. The room was on the ground floor, unventilated outside of our presence, the equipment was shabby. Mold in the bathroom, poorly functioning faucet. Hair dryer on the wall not working, wires disconnected. The worst was the dining room. Pervasive smell, they probably wash the dishes in dirty water because it smelled awful. U Hotel beach surrounded by pushy vendors, trash everywhere. Lack of umbrellas at the hotel pool. We brought with us persistent stomach and intestinal problems for a month.…

And again our holiday was perfect, Really I come for the second time this year with my wife and daughter in June and now my parents in law joined us, and we had the warmest welcome like always, We really would like to thank all the staff of the hotel from the direction to the kitchen and service and of course the entertainment team in there head Mehdi and also hamza and yassine (happy man) and Issam, they are really amazing guys they have respect and they do there job like it has to be. poor organization; poor information; poor housekeeping; poor wifi not the best regard for the customers; We had to stay the whole of the 1st day in our rooms for them to come and fix the AC, the wifi and the safe and they didn't come. The receptionist kept on saying"10 minutes more!"
