I would like to start off by saying that my husband and I are avid divers and we have been to Roatan many times over the past 10 years. We usually stay at Anthony's Key (a dive resort), but opted to go to West Bay because we brought our 3 kids with us. We wanted to be on the beach...

We will be addressing the issues you have mention at our next operational committee. As in many other resorts we do required a reservation to a la cart restaurants. We are sorry...

Roatan by itself is a wonderful island!! This is my second time on Roatan . But now I'm staying in Mayan Princess and in couple of days I'll change a hotel. This place is hopeless - everything is old and covered with a layer of rust :( Everything is wet in rooms because of the age of buildings. Believe me...

We stopped here when we went on our cruise. This is by far the most beautiful part of the ocean we've ever seen! We didn't get to stay at the hotel, but the food, drinks, view and service were impeccable. Even the pool was gorgeous! Would definitely come here again.

Stayed here once a couple years back, found it to be lovely. Came back earlier this year and since the change in ownership things are not nearly as nice. Like other guests we had to pay extra ($500!) just to avoid being shunted off to the half-built, semi-connected "suburbs". The feel at the main area is so much nicer, so...

While we are glad you found our food and Beach nice. we were disappointed to learn that there were a few things that did not quite meet your standards. We appreciate all of your feedback as we are constantly evaluating our performance and your helpful input helps identify which areas can be improved upon to continue providing our guests with...

We stayed in one of the beachfront villas at the Mayan Princess the first week of December 2014 and had purchased the all-inclusive package. We had a beautiful villa literally steps from the beach and the bar. The lagoon style pool at this resort is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. We snorkeled from a great location just down...

We booked "deluxe poolside Mayan beach section", ended up in La Sirenas section. Staff told us that the rooms at the Mayan Section are not available unless we want to pay an upgrade of $US 257. This happened to a lot of people in our group, some paid the upgrade. We refused, ended up in a room without hot water,...

We stayed at the Mayan Princess the week of December 8, 2014 as part of a Sunwing Vacation. The airport customs checkpoint is very long. Each person is required to have a total fingerprint scan plus a photo taken before entry. This can take up to 5 minutes per person with only about 4-6 stations open. So expect this delay...

We were here for two weeks, starting Nov. 17. This place has no curb appeal when you drive up, but don't panic. Once you make it past the front desk this resort is a beautiful hidden gem. It is a small resort beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The lagoon pool was extremely clean. It was perfect size for leisure and...

We visited the Mayan Princess and Las Sirenas Resort with a group of 43. The group consisted of 33 divers and 10 non-divers. Three in the group were ages 3 and 5. Everyone had a great time. The food is excellent and available at four different restaurants. Everyone at the resort was very helpful and friendly and were anxious to...

Stayed at the resort in early June. Resort might not look much from the parking lot. Once you go beyond the reception desk, the courtyard just opens up with flowers and a beautiful pool in front of you. A nice and relax place to be at. Excellent service from the staffs as well as from the dive crews. The staffs...
