Kipawa Lodge is a must place to spend your vacation, wether you’re an avid fisherman / woman or just want to relax kayaking, canoeing or just spend some time on your porch enjoying the scenery and listening to the loons and birds. You could not ask for better hosts than Barb & Wayne. This was our first time at the Lodge and we have already booked for next year. They made us feel so welcome and were so accommodating, we were with an elderly gentleman who had some mobility issues and asked Wayne for a bar to be installed on the dock so that he could get in the boat more easily, within minutes it was installed. My late Father In Law enjoyed sitting in the porch and watch the hummingbirds, we asked Barb if she had an extra feeder, again, within minutes a feeder was put up so that we could enjoy watching the hummingbirds. 3 came everyday and the feeder was empty when we left on Friday morning. They have a great selection of Merchandise up at the main lodge, please support them and buy something, quality stuff too. Fishing is amazing, many different lakes to fish in. Our cabin (1) had 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a bonus was 2 fridges. The view was to die for. The boat drive from the parking lot to the lodge takes about 40 minutes but the views are amazing. Everything is included, boat, motor, unlimited gas, accommodations, fish finder, life jackets. It was really nice to not have internet access, unless you went up to the main lodge. A bonus was that the staff take care of bringing all of your belongings to and from your cabin .Would definitely recommend and looking forward to going back

We have already booked for next year Wayne and Barb are great hosts and the fishing in this area speaks for itself. Although the heat wave hit us while we were there it did not stop the fish from biting.

We look forward to seeing you again next year.

Not even Covid 19 would stop us from breaking our annual tradition.

Wayne and Barb have implemented full Covid 19 safety protocols for their guests.

Once again the fishing did not disappoint lots of Walleye, Bass, Pike to be caught.

See you next year guys!!! Stay safe.

As always Wayne and Barb are gracious hosts, although the fishing was a little slower due to late spawning season and a early heat wave, overall great time as always. It’s always about the memories and fishing is a bonus. See you next year and we can’t wait.

The greatest spot in the World, and the best hosts as well. Kipawa Lake is truly heaven. I have vacationed there for the last 50 years. The lake, the fishing, the nights, and the food are what I think about the other 51 weeks a year that I’m not there.

Have been to many fishing camps and know what experience to expect. Kipawa Lodge was off the chart in terms of total satisfaction!!!!! Barbara and Wayne are two of the best hosts I have ever encountered for this type of trip, period! Every need is anticipated and addressed. Fishing-excellent. Cabins-superb. Hospitality-supreme. And the cooking-Every meal exceeded what you would expect in a fine restaurant, particularly Barbara's baking!! Go see for yourself and thank me later.

This was our first time for my wife and me at Kipawa Lodge; we’ve stayed at other lodges in Kipawa over the last 15 years and will never go elsewhere again! Wayne and Barb are gracious hosts! They will always make your feel at home and like family. The cabins are very clean, no bugs or mice! We already booked two cabins with another couple for August 2013! The fishing is fantastic, we struggled the first day then Wayne and another guest took us out and put us on a lot of Fish!! Now for the most important review: Barb’s cooking FIVE STAR every night! You have to inquire about prime rib night and then book it! It’s the best you will ever eat and make sure you save room for her blueberry pie….again the best you will ever eat! Do not hesitate to book here you will not regret it. Paul & Kathy Grand Island, NY

Our fishing group has been going to Kipawa Lodge on the first week in June for the past 15 years. We've also been back during the summer with spouses. The lodge and entire setting is outstanding. Wayne and Barb are very decend, hard working, honest, and sociable hosts who ensure that your stay is enjoyable. The camp is clean, well maintained, well stocked, and the prices are very reasonable. The fishing is outstanding and the environment is fun. Since finding Kipawa Lodge, we have not even considered looking around for another lodge. You cannot go wrong with Kipawa Lodge.
