We stayed at this hotel from July 25 to July 29. And we had a fantastic experience.The hotel was very comfortable and the service outstanding! The food served was delicious and many special requests were satisfied. The location of the hotel is in a quiet area and it’s position is very convenient. And the price was more than reasonable, with a great package we were offered! We highly recommend this hotel

We stayed for one night with half board at this little and very cute hotel. Located nicely near Vipiteno and 5 min drive from the Highway, it is very easy and convenient to reach. Great food for dinner! Amazing breakfast with good customers service. Pet friendly!

To all of you reading my previous reviews There Is only one thing to say! Great again ! Third time in the hotel and all Is as good as it gets! Thank you my hosts Osvald and Uli for taking care of me and my friends in the beautiful mountains of Yours! People always ask me why do i come to Europe Italy to ski coming from far away country Canada where you can ski in Great mountains. The answer to all this questions Is one You can do skiing in many places in the World ! But the country and people make it all! Great place South Tirol Italy! Thank you!

We booked a family suite at this hotel many months in advance for a 5 night stay with half board, at the substantial cost of €2178. However, somewhere along the way our plans changed and we decided to go to a different town, but unfortunately I forgot to cancel our booking. 6 days prior to arrival I realized my mistake and canceled, then immediately wrote to the hotel to see if they would work with me to rebook the room to avoid a total loss of our money, since the cancellation policy stated that if we cancelled 8 days prior we would get 50% of our money back, but at 7 days we would lose everything. Given that cancellation policies exist to protect hotels from last-minute vacancies, I hoped that the business owner here would be kind and fair, and return my money if he was able to rebook the room, since he had almost a full week to do so, and the travel business has rebounded from Covid so there were many people traveling at this time.
Sadly, the owner refused to work with me for a solution that would benefit us both. He immediately charged my credit card for the full amount of our stay, including the half board (he said this was to prevent me from canceling the credit card I used to make the reservation, in order to prevent him from collecting the money). When I looked at the hotel's website to see if they had been able to rebook our room, the website showed no rooms available. So either the hotel rebooked our room and made double the money for the week, or they chose to not even try to fill their hotel and simply take a rest with one fewer guest room occupied. In fact, in a series of increasingly unpleasant emails, the owner even admitted that he had given our room away as an upgrade to another guest, since our room had been the nicest in the hotel.
I tried one last time to reach a compromise with this hotel - I asked if they would return the money we paid for half board, and also the difference in price between the room we rented and the room the other guest had booked, since the other guest ended up staying in our room! The owner refused, telling me it was my mistake and he had no obligation to make any effort for me.
True, he had no obligation. But I've never encountered someone in the service industry who cared so little about trying to make a customer happy. I will take my business elsewhere in the future, and want to warn future travelers that if they choose this hotel and have some kind of issue, they are unlikely to find a sympathetic host.

It was my second stay in this hotel. As last year it was a lovely stay. Service top marks! From dinning room staff to cleaning ladys. Relax area quiet and clean.Lovely saunas and pool. This year again Oswald the owner of the hotel took us for skiing trip this time to Plotze near Brixten. It was super ! We did several rounds on the black runs.There are of course easier runs too so don’t get scared! I will be back Highly recommended to all !

As usual I arrived late and the host ensured the kitchen stayed open so they could offer me a meal which was a welcome start. This hotel has 4 stars and truly deserves them. Nice room with a balcony and good quality furnishings and modern clean bathroom. The hotel was spacious and seemed to be a good place for families. I didn't have time to use the pool but from what I saw it looked good, the hotel is in a small village just outside Vipiteno and is extremely quiet in the evening with good views to the mountains all around you.

First stay at Hotel Rose - we had an excellent stay here. Immediately felt like we had come home. We have been to the area many times but this was our first stay at Hotel Rose - we are already thinking of when we will be going back there! The room had lots of space for the two of us, with a large bathroom and the breakfast choice was plentiful to prepare for the day on the slopes. With three close ski areas to choose from (Rosskopf, Ratsching, Ladurns)this is a perfect place to get some quiet skiing under the belt. You will need a car to get around between the three areas but the pass covers all areas. The wellness area is particularly pleasing after a day skiing and offers a great place to relax. We ate in the restaurant on the first evening and the food was very well presented and tasted great. I would recommend eating here on a regular basis if staying again.

I came to this lovely hotel with my friends From the first experience entering The lobby and the rooms I felt the Connection with the owners family tradition. Walls and display cases full of memories . Pictures of the owners family members .Display of trophies . Yes we were guests of ski champion Oswald Totsch. We eat top notch presented and cooked food in a lovely restaurant every evening of our stay. Service was great from waiters to cleaning staff. There is a fully equipped recreation floor with dry wet and infrared saunas,whirlpool and swimming pool .All you need after a full day of skiing on close by mountains. The rooms were bright and comfortable with nice bathrooms. The highlight of our stay was a day spend with Oswald on Kroneplatz large mountain with an enormous ski area. Thank you Oswald !We will be back.

Il centro non è lontano, saranno 5/6 minuti ma ci vuole l'auto. Dopo Può parcheggiare nel parcheggio Vicino al Despar attraversare la strada altri 10 minuti a piedi ed è in centro. Cordiali Saluti
