After eloping the week before, my wife found a wonderful hidden gem in Northridge Inn as our honeymoon spot. They have a beautiful eclectic style and amazing food and drink menu. The inn also came with canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, and a few other activities around the resort. We came to know one of the owners Stefan and he was always such a pleasure to speak with. We also met a lot of really great people as well. It turns out before the pandemic the Inn operated purely as a Wedding venue and Corporate retreat, so we felt very lucky to have had the opportunity to experience this place. If you're looking for a wonderful intimate get away right now, this is the place to be. 10/10 would recommend and definitely would return.

We came for a short 2 night stay with the kids as a getaway from the city. Rooms were cute, but the best part is the surrounding scenery and amenities. The hot tub, pool and lake are all great for adults and kids alike. The lake is shallow and not too cold esp when the sun hits. We dined on their patio for dinner and it was magical with their stringed up lights and views of the lake and sunset. Breakfast we had delivered to the room and I loved their breakfast poutine 😂. The best part though was the friendly and accommodating staff at every corner of the inn. This is what made our trip the most memorable! We hope to come back every year now!

Pros - extremely accommodating staff, wonderful lakefront location with safe sand beach, very comfortable beds, eclectic decor, shuffleboard, kid friendly outdoor games, respectfully quiet at night, good food, available non motorized water sports, gorgeous landscaping, large variety of accommodation types, good food, nice sheltered pool and hot tub, nice fireplace in rooms, well stocked outdoor firepit, coping well with pandemic concerns. Cons - retrofitted lodge rooms which were pricey, bicycles available but many needing tuneups, sauna not working, room linens cheap quality, needs a "sand shaker" rug to keep sand, water out of indoor lobby/common room and separate entrance away from lobby, food well appointed but pricey, garbage facilities need privacy fence/shed, dog owners need to be advised to keep dogs off of lobby couches.

Stayed for the third time at the Northridge Inn and it was fantastic as usual! Great clean modern rooms with comfortable beds and linens, stunning sandy shallow warm Lake Bernard, and amazing food and cocktails. Highly recommend for a weekend away, corporate retreat, wedding, or just because!

Had a wonderful experience in one of the glamping tents. Nice mix of luxury and the great outdoors. Woke up to sounds of waves crashing and birds, and slept great after spending some cozy time by the fire. Had the option of having a nice dinner at the Inn's restaurant and grilling meals on the bbq. Lots of amenities to enjoy like water activities, the lake is beautiful for swimming in, or can just relax on the beach and soak in some sun.
