This hotel is a throw back - room has key, not an electronic lock. No dead bolt. Room was clean and adequate but not much more. I ate at the bar upstairs, a bit noisy, again adequate but nothing more. The front desk - you got it, adequate but nothing more. Sort of felt that they were annoyed anything I...

My beau and I were on a quick getaway for the weekend - we were in the "honeymoon suite" which was a lovely big room, however if you closed the window it smelled quite musty. The room itself appeared quite clean, as well as the bathroom. We did have a partial view of the water, and the staff were certainly...

Booked ahead for 40 people and got put in the basement. For $34.each plus tax and gratuity!!! The main level would have been nice. Food was just okay. Potatoes were so thick you had to put gravy on them. I really dislike they add the gratuity to your total. Therefore even if the service was bad you still were charged...

I've travelled the world and this hotel is one of the worst. Regular TV Chanel's and poor unwatchable on some, no fridge or tea/ coffee making facilities, no ice machine. Stayed in s corner room right on a busy corner, traffic noise was terrible. Only one bedside table The furniture is really old any tatty, cabinets split scraped and broken

This is an ok place to stay. Very dated but it's clean. The location can't be beat. There is a great balcony that you share with the other guests. But it's certainly a good view of the quaint little town. We had our wedding reception at the onsite restaurant and certainly enjoy the food. Port Dover is a great town.

I ate here a few years ago and the fish was really good. Tonight the perch had no flavour and was soggy. We ordered a burger as well which was less impressive than a fast food burger. (Very thin greasy patty). I don't think I'll be returning unless I hear of some improvements. We left still hungry splitting 2 meals...

We had lunch in the Cove Room and it was excellent. Had their soup and salad special. The chicken vegetable soup was homemade and whoever made the soup knows how to make a good broth. They bring you a salad cart and you help yourself to the various salads. There's no green leafy salad nor any offerings of tomato which...

Our room was at the front of the Hotel as requested overlooking the Front Lawn. This is an old Establishment but everything about our stay this weekend was up to date and extremely clean. We did not dine at the hotel this weekend as were in Port Dover meeting with other people at other places. However, we have eaten at...

My husband and I stayed for 1 night in room 2 at the Erie Beach hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The grounds had beautiful landscaping and a perfect location. The room was petit but had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. We ate at the cove room and it was delicious...

If you like authentic, old Ontario resort, family dining with fresh, local, ingredients the Terrace Room is the place. The perch and pickerel taste so delicious as they are caught from Lake Erie, just down the street. Their 'celery bread' is as famous as their friendly service. Home made pies are to die for. Children are made welcome, with a...
