Generally I like the potential the hotel has. Not more than 3 star quality experience. We came late at night, the receptionist lady was kind and this was the first and the last nice thing. The room was quite big but the TV was not. You barely read the subtitles when you sit on the sofa, and yes it’s not in front of the bed, the television is placed in front of the sofa. Breakfast is nice but nothing special. No fresh juice only xxl packs of low quality product not corresponding to a 5 star hotel. Most of the staff were truly disoriented, the left were trying to stay kind. Cannot complain about this. Beach is approximately 10/15 minutes from the hotel, depending with what speed you walk but when is 35+ degrees outside it may take more. For a first-line hotel I will say that the distance is long especially when where are not many shadow areas during the walk. There were no guaranteed placed on the beach no matter that for guests they were about to be free. The restaurant on the beach was the best in whole Therma village area. Nice menu, well cocked, classic cocktails. Staff was kind but disoriented. Restaurant in the hotel is like a bistro in a small town. They are cocking mainly for all inclusive guests and others have choice from a small, bad selected menu with really pathetic chosen wine list. Thing we managed to order were well prepared but I would recommend upgrade on the presentation. Definitely not a 5 star menu. Cleaning seems to be improved (I read some commends before I wrote mine) but still more can be done. I saw the SPA, half things were not working. I went on a full body massage and it was good until the masseur left my feet, chest and head without a massage. We were living one of our cards in the room in order the air conditioning and mini bar to work but every time someone was cleaning the room the card was removed and neither the air conditioning, phone chargers or mini bar were working. I will say nothing for the heat - 40 degrees outside, similar in the room. I probably miss something, but overall I will not go back in this hotel in case it changes it’s owner. Truly I am disappointed. I was expecting a 5 star experience and it seems that only the price is corresponding to this. My vacation was wonderful but not because of the “premium” experience the hotel provided. I will not recommend!

Room Tip: Forgot to say that “parking available” is really a joke. Parking slots for not more than 15 cars.

At first view the hotel doesn't look like a 5* hotel but if you evaluate again for the money you paid this is at the highest quality you can get. The service is at very high standard and so is the cleaning. Probably the variety of beverages can lower the score but with extra pay you can fix this. The private beach isn't so private as most of the sunbeds are rented by other people not by hotel guests but that's not a big issue, eventually you can manage to get some. The sandy beach is clean enough with a nice and smooth entrance to the sea, a real blue flag beach I would say. Probably not the best place for snorkeling but come on this is Black Sea after all. At the end I have to say here I found the best possible food for an all inclusive programme. Everything I have eaten was tasty and marvellous. The attention to detail for plating done by the chefs for every single client was incredible. The quality of food and service at restaurant seems to be at 5* level or even more like a gourmet restaurant. Congratulations to the chefs and the restaurant's whole team. Instead, the low quality of desserts and drinks remind you again the little amount you paid for the stay. We definitely will choose to book again this hotel.

Five star hotel as part of a hotel and recreation complex. Mineral inside pool all year round with more than average spa-center. Provides all inclusive service with excellent meals and salads, free local alcohol as well. Not far from own beach with perfect sand. Also available bowling and ice arena where one can skate as non-professional. Rooms are pretty decorated and spacious. The hotel is situated in a remote area next to a nature reserve which provides quiet time for rest.

The hotel is far from what its clasification or official pictures are promising!!! Everything is old, outdated, overused and dirty! The cleaning is done extremly superficialy. Everything is covered in a big layer of dust and dirt In the room and expecially in the pool area. Courtains with coffe stains, sink covered in mould, hair in the shower, tiles dirty, hairdryer, doors, waredrobe and mirror covered in dust, couch was damaged, the sink was extremly dirty. More, even All Inclusive services are promised this are extremlyimitated. Poor variaty of food and drinks, sweets are of the lowest quality I ever seen.... Extremly dissaponinted.

The hotel is presented as 5 star one, but it’s far from being one (ranges from 3 to 5, depending on what you’re reviewing). Overall a good price quality ratio, however I must mention the below: - the furniture and fittings are quite outdated, although the spaces within the room are generous; - all inclusive is not really all inclusive, as you can only get drinks within the main restaurant, if you want a cocktail from the lobby bar or from the beach bar you need to pay extra; this is not an all inclusive concept - low diversity of food, although the existing ones are tasty and well cooked - dessert is HORRIBLE - reception personnel should be better trained in customer relationship; I asked for an additional entry card and the lady from the reception asked me why do I need it for; far from being a 5 star level service. Pros - good spa & pools - cleaning services ok - price / qualify ok
