An excellent atmosphere in this hotel! Thanks to the Marmara animators!
We unfortunately had 24 hours of non-stop rain and the dilapidation of the hotel proved its limits: infiltration in the glass roofs, flooded bar, flow through the ceilings in the bathroom with water running down the power sockets, water flowing from the light fixtures etc.. the establishment is in dire need of renovation, however the management is reactive in handling problems and apart from this very dated side everything is clean, the bedding correct (however small beds and very narrow duvet), the towels changed every day, the repetitive catering at the starters and very correct on the hot dishes. The all inclusive very wide in terms of cocktails (well measured!!!) a very wide choice, the spa very pleasant and the massages at the top. The beach is beautiful but deckchairs pay 10 euros per day, the sea is rarely calm, the waves are very present.....
The hotel swimming pool is beautiful, very large, clean, supervised, there are enough deckchairs. The neighboring town 20 minutes on foot or free hotel shuttle twice a week or taxis at negotiated prices and without surprises (this should be pleasantly noted). Uninteresting town of Primorsko, only shops for tourists. In terms of excursions, we only went to Sozopol after visiting Ravadinovo Castle, an astonishing place, the town still has old wooden houses, a superb chapel at the remains of the old town and a market for tourists where it It would be difficult not to find happiness there. Be careful, the euro is not king even if Bulgaria is part of the European Union, the currency is still in leva (around 1 euro = 1.95 leva) there are not that many merchants accepting the euro.. We returned yesterday my head was still in the great atmosphere of this place the season ends the animators being only 5 left but very invested in their way of making our stay as pleasant as possible, a big thank you to them, we will keep excellent memories of our stay and the inconveniences experienced will quickly be forgotten.
Enjoy your stay to the next vacationers

The rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaning lady/ladies? did a wonderful job in keeping the guest rooms clean.
The Food was also pretty tasty and there was a decent variety and choices every day (the couple of last days were a bit samey but still very good overall), you should definitely try out their soups , they were amazing. The Pool size is great and the hotel is pretty close to the beach. There is also a Pétanque spot to practice and play if you would like.

My only minor complaints was the fact that the Wi-Fi is of not so great quality and you can barely get any connection if you are not in the lobby. The Billiards game is also pretty pricey (4 Bucks a game). The alcoholic drinks were of low quality and the coffee was just awful. There was also a minor miscommunication with the bartender but as I said those are some minor issues(except the coffee that needs more work).

I had the pleasure of being a guest at this hotel and the atmosphere was wonderful. Pets are allowed in the hotel. There is a bar that offers all kinds of drinks. The hotel has a conference hall and an animation corner.
The restaurant is filled with a unique smiling staff that energizes. The food is varied, especially in the themed evenings, which are worth attending.
The nature surrounding the hotel and restaurant is wonderful for relaxing on your vacation.

I was a guest during the French celebration, the decorations were great and so was the food.
It is worth to be a guest in this hotel.

We made a reservation via Booking 3 months ago and we were supposed to stay in the hotel from 24/07 to 29/07. On Wednesday, 21/07 I called the hotel just to make sure everything with the reservation is OK and a lady found my reservation and confirmed. 30 minutes later she called me back saying that she had made a mistake and my reservation is actually cancelled. She was not able to tell me who, when or why cancelled it, all she said was “This sometimes happens with Booking”. She did not offered any compensation, only explained that they can’t have us as there are no rooms available. My summer vacation starts in 2 days, most of the good hotels are soled out and the prises are now very high (compared to when we booked this months ago). After I informed Booking about this, I got a message (not a phone call) on Friday (one day before our vacation) that our reservation is valid again (thanks to Booking for that!). We didn’t go of course and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel was great, we were greeted very friendly by beaming young people. The hotel manager was a very intelligent and kind woman. The animation entertains Max's guests as well as us. The restaurant offers a variety of food, one wonders what to eat, and the themed dinners are simply the top. Serviza is full of young and ambitious people who try to satisfy all guests to the max. We will recommend to friends.

A hotel where you can relax - large green areas around the pool. Suitable for both reading a book and playing with a crawling baby.
Delicious themed dinners - mussels, snails, barbecued pork ribs, unique soups and donuts.
Large rooms enough for a family of 5 with a baby.

Great stay in this Marmara club with more than brilliant entertainers! With a top village chief: PAPON. Congratulations to Ewen, Cloe, Célia, Anais, Lulu, Hugo who brought us their joie de vivre to make our stay unforgettable! We had fun like crazy! we really enjoyed this club, its delicious cocktails, a very varied and very good cuisine, the kindness of all the hotel staff, the good weather, a room that was a little dated but very comfortable and calm, the price and quality of the excursions were good, the hotel should be updated a little but this did not affect the quality of our stay, the spa and massages are good and inexpensive, I recommend can't wait for this club and this country Bulgaria

In a short: I will never come back here again.

Negatives:
1. The pool is open only between 8AM - 6PM. Then it is forbidden to swim.
2. You can’t use any inflatables or toys. All restrictions are in the attached photo.
3. All furniture is damaged in some way.
4. There is mold in the bathroom. The photo is attached.
5. Our room wasn’t cleaned everyday. Only towels were changed. Even after we asked for it.
6. The staff do not speak English. If they do, they barely speak it.
7. The indoor spa or relax centre is small for few people. During our accommodation the jacuzzi didn’t work. The pool isn’t heated.
8. The gate on the bridge between the hotel and beach is closed at 9:30PM.
9. The surrounding area is full of garbage.

There are few hotel managers. We met
two. Soňa was rude and impolite. The person who doesn’t like her job and you can feel it. She threatened us to leave the hotel the next day because we were swimming in the pool outside the permitted hours. Although lot of people were in the pool unfortunately she chose us. She used words that aren't even used behind closed doors... Big minus.

Pros:
1. The cuisine was great and we loved the food.
2. The beach was near and beach chairs are free of charge.

Bonjour, la carte all inclusive comprend de nombreux cocktails et boissons locales avec ou sans alcool. C’est un des rares points positifs de cet hôtel . Quand au Pastis français je ne pense pas
