The hotel is very big, near central streets. Bed linen and towels were clean, air condition is working, rooms are very spacious, enough parking lots, there are nets on the balkon doors. What was not good was: - hotel needs renovation - old furniture, old bathrooms and rooms, old doors at rooms, restaurant and lobby look very retro! - breakfast - awful! Cheap food, little variation during the days. I don't want to imagine what is for lunch and dinner. - parking for cars is not free - 4 euro for 24 hours - there were some restaurants with live music that played until 11:30 p.m. and music was well heard! - internet is paid. You only have 30min of free i-net per 1 device but connection is bad -people at reception and staff at restaurants don't know bulgarian and english which i think is terrible! - Not enough umbrellas at pool Overall, for what it offers, i think prices of rooms are very high.

We spent here a week in August 2018. Hotel was clean, staff friendly (not many spoke English though) and we we were lucky to have a quiet room. Closest beach was about 400m.Food in the hotel was OK. It became rather repetitive after a while (especially when we had all inclusive), but sufficient. I would go with a half board next time as there was countless restaurants only a short walk away.

We had two rooms booked for 7 days for 5 of us including 2 kids, we read reviews before arrival and wasn't expecting wow factor, overall stay was OK, but few things we're anoing. Hotel was meant to be kids friendly given the play area and small swimming pool, but having small child with stroller we found there are stairs everywhere. The 2 lifts go only from 1 to 5 floor so there was a lot of carring to do. The worst thing was food, never seen anything like that in my travels old, smelly no and choice. What ever left from breakfast was served again for dinner, There was very little meat anyware and it was always over cooked hide the fact it's already off. I got sick one day and know others did have problems too. Not sure why they even offer boeards given the food in bars and restaurants in Bulgaria is good and very cheap. Now as I want to be fair will point some good things as we'll. Proos: Good swimming pool Play area for kids Friendly and polite cleaning ladies Towels changed every day if needed Satellite with plenty of channels in various lingos. Working aircon Netted door to balcony Very quiet area, we had left door to balcony open every night Cons: *It said hotel was refurbished in 2014? Wonder what was really done as it was very old looking place. *Stairs everywhere *2 Broken lifts, once doors nearly squashed our son despite holding them by hand clearly stopped does not work, other times they wouldn't close at all *Lobby bar if you can called it *one of the room smelled of cigarettes *leaking and very smelly toilets *my mattress was probably 15 years old and very flat

In the beginnig, I was little bit scared that this hotel is only 3* as there are many rumors of low star hotels in Bulgaria. But I was surprised after all. The room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 children, clean and equipped with air conditioning. Bathroom was ok, but the shower was little bit small. I was also surprised by the stuff. Cleaning ladies were very nice and smiling every time we met them. Also they were very friendly to our children. Pool was big enough, clean and with enough warm water for children. Breakfast was ok, with enough foot to choose from every day. The sea was around 100m away from the hotel!

I stayed in the hotel beginning of July 2015 with my family with our two children. I was delighted from the space and greenery in the hotel. The pool is just perfect with a lot of sun beds and nice sunny places and shades to choose from. There is also a pool bar. The playground is to be used mornings and evenings, because in the other time is too hot. The room was spacious enough with a nice balcony, overlooking the pool, clean and renovated. The staff was kind and helpful. The food for breakfast and dinner was decent and good enough to have a choice and I would like to recommend the tables on both terraces. The north beach is very close and easy to reach. There is a parking lot, where I had my car for a small charge per day. The Internet is also paid.

Hotel, is regular, but terrible part is staff, together with their manager. Very unpleasant people. We are young couple and been here twice. Never again! Every time they make a phone call at the first day of our stay in 9:00 am and ask me to come down and pay the amount for the stay, because they had a lot of Expenses?! Breakfast included is worst breakfast a have found in a hotel ever. Cheapest products found at the market with no taste at all. Tables are dirty, staff is not friendly and act like they are all the owners of the hotel, not employees. Don't go there if you have other options.

Took a a package holiday with Balkan from stansted. The plane was a Tupolev 154 and was awful. No water in the toilets. No airconditioning. The overhead lockers were warped and didnt shut. Tape holding up emergency lighting and some panels missing off the interior of the plane. I'm only glad the engine was ok. The captain never said a word there and back. But the hostess were well dressed and very polite. We arrived at Burgas airport and it takes about an hour to reach primorsko. This area is generally unknown to the British and whilst we were there for a week we nevr spoke to another English person. Mostly Bulgarians Czchs sebs come here. The hotel Belitz was exceptional. Clean spacest good size resturant clean pool and we had clean towels everyday. The only downside was the receptionist didnt smile much. But most of these young people are working between college. Pretty much the same at resturants and bars. Although this didnt bother us. They have a north and south beach were development is taking place. The beaches were outstanding and there is a life guard on each section. On the north beach you can go riding for an hour cost £20.00 it was great. Also there, is a nudist beach and no one takes much notice once you get use to it. The sea was clean and warm. The south beach is used mostly by the locals and is much more sheltered there are cafes along both beaches wc'c which ask for a small charge. The south beach is close to the main town and harbour. At night the town comes alive with music shops and loads of places to eat. I especially enjoyed the bbq meats and small pieces of pizza. They are very family friendly and there is things for children to do. An amazing aqua park near the town. Nothing is too far too walk. The beach from our hotel took 10mins. It is much cheaper here than the resorts of Golden sands and Sunny beach which caters for the brits. Silver is also cheaper here.We found it very hard to spend our money. The only downside was that we couldnt understand some resturant menus but if you look around some are in English too. It is safe to walk around at night we had no problems. We didnt take a bus to Varna or Burgas but I understand it's reliable and easy. You can drink the water but to be on the safe side bottle water is cheap. They also have a protective park area with trees and you can walk into the forest and there are pinic areas. It goes on for miles!! so take your walking shoes. Dont expect perfect roads and pavements they are a few years behind but you can use pushchairs ok. Weather is good uptil the end of september. Pace is slow and you wont have to fight for beach space especially in september. I feel it good for couples and family who want a holiday without the expense.
