HOTEL Well-kept, clean and spacious enough. First impression Wow - for this price. Everything is in good condition - well, almost everything. The style is quite elegant, unlike other "Byzantine-modern" architectural monsters popular in Bulgaria. At first glance, it stands out for its elegance compared to other facilities in Primorsko. The service is rather standard - without going out of line - for example, you have to carry your luggage from/to the bus yourself, despite the available luggage trolleys. On the other hand, for example, despite check-out at 11:00, they extended our All Inclusive package by 2 hours. At the reception and bars you can communicate in Bulgarian, English and Czech, sometimes also in Russian. In Polish (despite the fact that a large percentage of guests) they only know a few basic words or phrases, so there is not much that can be done in our language. There are many armchairs and tables in the main hall, and many on the terraces and in the arcades. POOLS It's not crazy, it's not Egypt or Türkiye Larger - let's say for adults. Illuminated with changing colors after dusk. Unfortunately, the water is not heated, and since it's not Egypt, you could say it's crisp :) The swimming pools are open from around 7:30 until dusk and then they are supposedly disinfected. It's a pity - because the lighting effects would make evening swimming very attractive, and you can only look at it. Smaller - for teenagers and children with small slides open only during designated hours. Good for parents with children and the kids themselves. There are not many attractions, but on the other hand, small slides are perfect for children because they do not tire them out with climbing and are not frightened by the height. The number of sunbeds and umbrellas is so large that even if there is a large occupancy there will be something available. ANIMATIONS Mainly for small children. There is also something for adults, but we haven't used it so we can't judge. Animators from Poland and the Czech Republic. Competent, I guess. TRANSFER FROM/TO THE AIRPORT Lasts approx. 1 hour. depending on the number of guests getting off/on along the way. Coaches: one is slightly stuffy and the other is very good - if you get it :) ROOMS On arrival, you will receive a large bottle of water and 185 ml of wine. The rooms are elegant, spacious, in good condition and with large balconies and windows covering the entire wall of the room (half of them can be opened/moved and, if necessary, covered only with a mosquito net). The rooms include, among others, a safe, a fridge, TV (only Czech and Bulgarian programs), individual air conditioning (but the minimum temperature that can be set is up to 24C), the possibility of illuminating the headboard with different colors, the possibility of turning on atmospheric music quietly filtering from the speakers in the ceiling ( a very nice option), 2 telephones - 1 in the room and the other in the bathroom (no cheat sheet with the number provided - probably for decoration), comfortable mattresses and pillows, bedding pleasant to the touch. Disposable slippers are also available. There is also a kettle, 2 mugs and 2 glasses (which the staff does not wash) and for the entire 7-day stay, 2 coffee sachets, 2 tea sachets and sugar sachets. The offer also includes a mini bar - but somehow we didn't notice it :). The bathrooms (modernly furnished) include a shower with an additional rain shower, a hairdryer, a set of towels, a shower liquid in a dispenser and soap at the sink also in a dispenser. Somewhat uncleaned corners in the shower. There is also a rope next to the shower - probably an emergency rope - but when I accidentally pulled it, nothing happened except for the red light - no one checked whether I had fainted, etc. - or maybe it wasn't an emergency rope? Cleaning is limited only to replacing towels, wiping the floor, emptying baskets, replenishing toilet paper and possibly returning the dishes to the table if someone brought them. The bed linen is not changed during the entire stay (so please do not sweat excessively), the beds are not made and the ashtrays are not emptied. ALL INCLUSIVE (meals) The offer stated opening hours were 2:00, but in reality it was 1:00. However, I didn't notice that it was a problem. From 7:30 until late in the evening you can taste something or have a drink. And there is much more than the tour operator provides. Lots of vending machines with decent coffee in several variants, stands with ice cream (average quality), cookies, freshly made pizza (pretty good - and served by a very nice and helpful pizza man), boiled corn, pop corn, fruit, salads and rotationally with skewers or other goods. The main restaurant has an Asian corner (rice dishes, including sushi) - scrambled eggs or omelettes are served here during breakfasts, an Italian corner (pastas, dumplings, risottos) - pan cacke is served here during breakfasts, and the main part where everyone will find something for myself. There is some regional cuisine, some seafood or fish, some meatless dishes, meat dishes, two soups every day, several ready-made salads, ingredients to create your own compositions, a set of olives, and of course cold meats (usually salami and various minced meats and…
