Location was really good, very easy exit to the main coastal road with the car. Hotel was also quiet which was a plus counting the crowds everywhere in Primorsko during the high season of July. Access to the central area of town was convenient, as well as the access to both beaches of Primorsko.
Drawback: flooding in the WC area every time one of us was taking shower. Afterwards you had to clean it up yourself. There was a mop provided for that reason.
It was absolutely not a bad place for a longer stay since there was a kitchen corner in the room and a big fridge as well. You could go there easily for a month or so I guess.
It is not a resort but it provides the basic and the rest is up to you. We did not go to stay at the hotel, we travelled along the whole southern coast of the Bulgarian seaside, and Primorsko was a good meeting-point in regards to that matter.

I enjoyed our stay in sunrise hotel together with my wife and 2 small kids. The food in restaurant was fine and offered typical bulgarian dishes. Hotel offers pools also small kids pool. For kids is there also small place where they able to play. Also offers for hire : bikes, electrical kids vehicles etc.

Overall a good hotel in a good location. While bar/restaurant staff were really great, we were not impressed by the reception and cleaning staff.The room we stayed in smelled funny and wasn't cleaned properly even upon check in. One of the receptionists did not speak English at all which I found very strange for a hotel visited by so many foreign tourists. Pool area is lovely - the best part about the hotel.

We booked last minute because of a failed airbnb stay, we were exhausted from the long trip to the sea.
We were welcomed by two smiling receptionnists. There had been a problem with our booking through booking.com but they quickly resolved the issue and even gave us a bigger room since the one we had booked was unavailable. They were very reassuring which was really helpful since we were getting very desperate.
The room itself was very nice, clean and modern. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom shiny.
The restaurant was ok, not the best food but a good choice if you're tired and just want to eat and go to bed. The waiters were very nice.
The only problem was our rooms were not serviced during our 3 day stay so we had to go and ask for toilet paper ourselves.
They also had a nice pool place !
To summarise, the hotel is very good but the staff is what gives it that 5 star experience.

The hotel is falling apart! No water for the most part of the day, which was absolutely terrible, coming from the beach you have to stay salty and wait hours until the water shows up to take a shower. The room was clean, but not in a good condition. The floor inside the room was wet, oblivious they had some leaks going on. Bathroom door was broken. The first couple of days there was no Wi-fi in the room. We spoke to the manager and the answer was there is nothing I can do, you need to use the lobby Wi-fi, since the one in the room is not working. The second evening there was a boy on the reception called Ivan which was the nicest person in the whole hotel . He took the problem serious and fix the internet issue in a few minutes! Obviously the manager didn’t know how to fix it ! This boy deserves to become a manager, anything I asked him for was solved and delivered quickly to the room!
The breakfast wasn’t anything special, there was no refills for the most part of the buffet!
We stayed in a deluxe room, there was nothing close to it!
For that price, I truly recommend you to look for another option before you have to choose that hotel!
I would return there for sure !!!

I guess this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. It's definitely somewhere between 2 and 3 stars, perhaps closer to 2.
I've never been to such an overrated hotel.
Neither the rooms nor the infrastructure around are adequate for the class.
The room had a dated furniture and obviously cheap. The bed was extremely soft and noisy while the curtains transparent. The wardrobe very small and smelly.
The bath was like in a motel: no separation between toilet and shower, no place for anything else, etc.
On top there was no cleaning service and this is not acceptable.
Also the towels were insufficient and no blankets available.
In addition most of the rooms are facing the Main Street. And there are 3 different buildings.
We didn't have breakfast and happy about that.

They show great pictures of rooms but the aircon leaked on my head all night, they’ve not paid the WiFi so no tv at all, mouldy showers, dirty windows, collapsed pool furniture and best buy they get you to cancel booking company and pay less with them then they give you terrible service and you can’t complain

10 minutes walk from South Beach of Primorsko, 15 minutes walk from downtown.
Located in quiet area of Primorsko. Clean rooms, kind staff. Nice garden, clean pool.
There is a Wifi in the hotel, but poor signal on the second floor, strong signal at reception and the pool.

Excellent hotel. Clean their rooms every day, changing sheets and towels. Courteous service from reception. Very clean pool. Luxury furniture. Near the beach. Very large and well-maintained grass areas with flowers.

Very bad choice! Terrible service! Bad attitude towards customers! I don't recommend it! The information on the internet does not correspond to reality. There is a real danger that they will not fulfill the confirmed reservation!
