If you expect Prestige - this is NOT your best bet! Where do I begin? I booked an apartment for 5 nights for my family (2 adults, a toddler and a baby). Upon arrival we were informed that we will have to move to a different apartment for the last night of our stay, since the owner of the apartment was coming back. We were not happy with this, but did not want to spend an entire day looking for a different hotel with a tired toddler and baby! Reception staff assured us they will help us move all our luggage and as a compensation they will move us to a luxury apartment. So we get in the tiny elevator and go up to the 4th floor of the building. The apartment was as far from 'prestigious' as could be. Apartment: - Dirty, worn out furniture - Kitchen area, which looked like somebody's nightmare - No TV in the living room - TV signal in the bedrooms was poor - No mosquito nets - No A/C remotes and TV remotes were greasy and dirty Pool: - Freezing water in both pools - Extremely slippery area around the pool ( I saw a number of adults and children slip and fall! Luckily, there were no serious injuries) Restaurant: - The food was terrible, undercooked and everything took ages to be prepared. We had to wait half an hour for the bill, which was frustrating to say the least! We had breakfast included in the price of our stay, but after seeing the lack of choice of the buffet and considering the bad taste, we were glad we didn't pay for an all-inclusive stay! Bar & Animators: The only good thing about this hotel is the pool bar and amazing animators! On the day before we left, we inquired as to how the move to the different apartment was going to happen. We were informed that we will need to move our luggage, but not before 2pm (usual check in time), which meant that we will loose an entire day of beach fun, moving luggage! On top of this, we were not going to be moving to the promised 'luxurious' apartment, as this was 'not possible'. No compensation what so ever was offered for our inconvenience and ruined holiday. We left the hotel and I received a call from reception to inform us, that they have our ID documents. It turned out that they have kept our national identity cards at reception from day 1. Me and my husband were baffled, as we each thought the other had collected them after check in! We had to drive back to the hotel to get our documents back. To top it all, we forgot an orthopaedic type pillow at the hotel, which we informed mysteriously vanished! I am very disappointed as I expected a relaxing holiday in a truly prestigious hotel. I will definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good service in a prestigious hotel.…
The beach is ok, food is good. Rooms and bathrooms look like they haven’t been renovated since 00’s. Cleaning lady does 0 work. Only the towels were changed everyday, but the sheets were changed only when we asked for it on the 4th day. She hasn’t cleaned the bathrooms and the floor not even once. Sheets don’t cover the mattress and I got bitten by bedbugs.
Too loud, not a good place if you want to rest. Yes, they keep quiet at the hours between 14-16, and after 22.00 but still it is very annoying this loud music all the time. Especially when you are with children.
- Bad food - Too small restaurant - No towels or cleaning provided - Noisy - Not enough parking places - Not close to the city Etc. Do not recommend at all. It doesnt feel like 3 stars with so many minuses.
The only thing we liked in this hotel was the pool area. Everything else was not nice, rooms very dirty and not renovated for long time, sheets very old, staff kind but slow and not profesional, the food extremly bad and same everyday. Not enough park spaces. The receptionists were nice and kind! Will not visit this place again!
