If you expect Prestige - this is NOT your best bet! Where do I begin? I booked an apartment for 5 nights for my family (2 adults, a toddler and a baby). Upon arrival we were informed that we will have to move to a different apartment for the last night of our stay, since the owner of the apartment was coming back. We were not happy with this, but did not want to spend an entire day looking for a different hotel with a tired toddler and baby! Reception staff assured us they will help us move all our luggage and as a compensation they will move us to a luxury apartment. So we get in the tiny elevator and go up to the 4th floor of the building. The apartment was as far from 'prestigious' as could be. Apartment: - Dirty, worn out furniture - Kitchen area, which looked like somebody's nightmare - No TV in the living room - TV signal in the bedrooms was poor - No mosquito nets - No A/C remotes and TV remotes were greasy and dirty Pool: - Freezing water in both pools - Extremely slippery area around the pool ( I saw a number of adults and children slip and fall! Luckily, there were no serious injuries) Restaurant: - The food was terrible, undercooked and everything took ages to be prepared. We had to wait half an hour for the bill, which was frustrating to say the least! We had breakfast included in the price of our stay, but after seeing the lack of choice of the buffet and considering the bad taste, we were glad we didn't pay for an all-inclusive stay! Bar & Animators: The only good thing about this hotel is the pool bar and amazing animators! On the day before we left, we inquired as to how the move to the different apartment was going to happen. We were informed that we will need to move our luggage, but not before 2pm (usual check in time), which meant that we will loose an entire day of beach fun, moving luggage! On top of this, we were not going to be moving to the promised 'luxurious' apartment, as this was 'not possible'. No compensation what so ever was offered for our inconvenience and ruined holiday. We left the hotel and I received a call from reception to inform us, that they have our ID documents. It turned out that they have kept our national identity cards at reception from day 1. Me and my husband were baffled, as we each thought the other had collected them after check in! We had to drive back to the hotel to get our documents back. To top it all, we forgot an orthopaedic type pillow at the hotel, which we informed mysteriously vanished! I am very disappointed as I expected a relaxing holiday in a truly prestigious hotel. I will definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good service in a prestigious hotel.

The beach is ok, food is good. Rooms and bathrooms look like they haven’t been renovated since 00’s. Cleaning lady does 0 work. Only the towels were changed everyday, but the sheets were changed only when we asked for it on the 4th day. She hasn’t cleaned the bathrooms and the floor not even once. Sheets don’t cover the mattress and I got bitten by bedbugs.

Too loud, not a good place if you want to rest. Yes, they keep quiet at the hours between 14-16, and after 22.00 but still it is very annoying this loud music all the time. Especially when you are with children.

The only thing we liked in this hotel was the pool area. Everything else was not nice, rooms very dirty and not renovated for long time, sheets very old, staff kind but slow and not profesional, the food extremly bad and same everyday. Not enough park spaces. The receptionists were nice and kind! Will not visit this place again!

We have just returned for a family week here, having been terrified by reviews!! It was an experience and such a shame this hotel has potential to be amazing. We were messed about by transfers which meant we arrived late not the hotels fault, when we turned up a man showed us to our rooms and said to sleep and check in the morning. The manager the following day was very helpful and sorted our complaint putting me in touch with the right people and translating on our behalf. The rooms were massive with plenty of room even two bathrooms, we had a 2 bed and a 1 bed for 6 of us. Both had pool view and as we found out at sunrise a beautiful sea view. By day the rooms left a bit much to be desired, linen was fresh and it was clean just needing a few repairs. The shower panels kept falling out creating a flood each time and one shower kept running cold when it chose, but it was suitable for sleeping in!! I do not feel this was all inclusive at all, I have never stayed anywhere all inclusive with time slots!! the restrictions were ridiculous and not being allowed tea, coffee or especially water after 22.00 would be illegal in the UK we bought water from shop for room to cover us it wasn't dear but it was principle. The food was hit and miss, some stuff was cooked as you waited and if you timed some things right it was hot, I just think it was common sense on what to and not too eat. I probably did not eat as much as I would of liked due to much of it being cold. The pool bar was paid and was not expensive you would not of got a Pina colada with those measures for £2 in the UK! The barman was friendly and polite with us. Some staff were stern faced but most smiled if you did to them and then when you saw them again acknowledged you politely. There was no entertainment at all so we spent evenings playing cards and heads up!! which attracted a lot of attention lol... The spa was also always shut and did not relate to the services offered in the brochure in the rooms?? Housekeeping cleaned our rooms regularly and provided us with fresh linen when required so no problems there. Pool was lovely size and clean its a shame it was freezing!! it was torture which was a shame! The beach across the road was soft and sandy and clear, it was lovely and warm so we spent more time there it wasn't a private beach so you had to pay for brollies but at £3 for a day it wasn't expensive.. The town was a walkable distance and adequate with shops touristy and tacky typical resort there were cafes and bars also, again reasonably priced. We did also spot a water park in the town and went back for another day there it was £11 for the whole day and was a fantastic day out. Plenty of choice, warm pools and good slides a good day out. Don't rely on the free transfer bus though that never showed up!! All in all the area was ok and the weather amazing I would however prefer all inclusive to be all inclusive so wouldn't return. Still had a nice chilled week though.

We have just returned from a week at this hotel, if part of your holiday is the thought of being pampered and having a nice meal three times a day give this hotel a very wide berth. On arrival we were met by a unwelcoming female at the reception. we were handed us a small scrap of paper with the restaurant times on and after giving us the room key we were left to our own devices to find our own way to our room. I must say to be fair that the rooms are very nice , they are clean and spacious in an apartment style with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Having dropped off our cases we then decided to explore the hotel grounds. The swimming pool was very nice always clean, which is more than can be said for the restaurant. None of the staff wear any kind of uniform so they can be identified. They walk about never smiling , never speaking to you and generally look extremely scruffy. We have been all over Europe on our travels with our friends always choosing to go All Inclusive. Although we had booked All Inclusive at this hotel we were extremely surprised to find that it most certainly is not All inclusive. If you want a drink from the pool bar you have to pay, They do not even provide you with bottled water, in fact they have a sign above the water dispenser in the restaurant that threatens you with a 5 Lev fine if you try and fill an empty bottle. The food in the restaurant was to put it politely awful, it was never hot, not even when you got there at opening time , anything with a sauce had developed a skin on top where it had been sitting around for so long not being kept hot or covered. We witnessed the food being placed out at 5;30pm ready for a 6pm service there were no lids on the food which then sat there for half an hour getting cold. The restaurant itself was always untidy with numerous dirty cups and glasses stacked up on the bar area. Breakfast was probably the only half decent meal and that was only if you got lucky and managed to get the scrambled egg while it was still warm.I could go on for ages about the food but I think you get the idea it wasn't great. The pool area is very nice, it was quiet and relaxing for the first couple of days but then having heard the same music being played on a loop from the pool bar for days on end it did start to grate and we longed for a power cut or a malfunction of the equipment just to be free from the same tunes over and over again, there is only so much gangster style rap you can take, and as for the emnem track the language is inappropriate for a family area. If you do go to this hotel DO NOT go all inclusive. You can take a 20 min walk into the town and eat some nice food, very cheap. I will close my review now with a message to the manager of this establishment. If you wish to attract more people you need to smarten up your staff, put them in uniforms , teach them what its like to work in the hospitality industry, and you need to lead by example, we never saw you once during our stay so wouldn't know what looked like, Usually within a day or so you would know who the manager was because they normally walk about checking people who have paid good money for a holiday are being looked after by their staff.

My children and I visited Bulgaria two years ago and had the most amazing time. We were looking forward to returning. Unfortunately this holiday was a huge disappointment and a waste of money on an all inclusive basis. Our room was a 6th floor apartment with damaged flooring, curtains falling off the rails and drawers that didn't shut. The lift didn't feel safe at all and you needed to use a key fob to use it, so one of us couldn't stay by the pool while the others went upstairs as we were only given one key and key fob. The food was always cold or vaguely warm. I had an upset stomach twice. Some of the food was lovely and some awful. The staff were often rude and clearly couldn't be bothered. The manageress was also rude. The kids animation team were lovely though just for little kids, but the evening entertainment was rubbish and often non-existent. The beach is literally over the road and the town is about 15 minute walk. The all inclusive wasn't all inclusive at all! No pool bar drinks included and snacks only between 4-5pm. No ice cream. Free Bar closes at 10. Will not be returning!!!

When we checked in to the Prestige City II we were greeted with a grunt, and were handed a scrap of paper with the restaurant hours typed on it. We were shown to a room on the ground floor next to the swimming pool. I returned to reception to point out that I had paid extra for a sea view, and after initially being fobbed off, I was shown to a lovely 6th floor apartment with 2 stunning sea views - only after I had demanded a refund mind. The pool is well maintained and clean, the kids loved it. The hotel staff were pretty rude to honest, but tended to cheer up and be nicer to you if you tipped them regularly. The pool bar is very confusing, this is not included in the "all inclusive" deal. This bar was staffed by a moody bloke, who appears to have his equally moody girlfriend permanently sitting behind the bar with him. On several occasions I witnessed heated arguments between the pool bar staff and the main restaurant staff - I think the dispute was over whose responsibility it was to clear the tables in the bar area. The food in the restaurant was pretty tasty, unfortunately it was normally extremely cold. The salad selection was superb, which was handy as I lived on it most of the week. The Animation team tried hard to entertain the kids, but this entertainment was pretty lame. There was very little entertainment in the evening, which made the time drag. A special mention goes out to the girl that worked in the on site Supermarket - she was rude to me on a number of occasions, and had a screaming fit at my daughter, which reduced her to tears and caused me to raise a complaint with the Manager, which, to be fair, she dealt with really well. The weather was mainly sunny, with a cool breeze, which actually saved the holiday. I would recommend that all the hotel staff receive training on customer service if this place is ever going to attract more British guests. When you holiday in Greece & Portugal you are met with such a warm welcome and your kids are adored. I am afraid here I was met with indifference and rudeness.

The only good thing about this hotel is location, very close to sea. Our room was cleaned only ones ( we stayed for a week ), we were given very small apartment with some extra furniture from other apartments , basically our room was like a store room! The gym or how they call fitness studio doesn't exist , the swimming pool far too small for the amount people they catering, there is no entertainment . Food is mediocre. Some bar staff was very rude. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed, very disappointed.
