The room was perfect, very clean and big with a great view over the lake. The food was excellent with a huge breakfast in the morning. The spa offers a wonderful view over the lake, has several sauna options and is the perfect place to relax. The service has a quite negative

Dear guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review of your stay at our hotel. We are happy that you enjoyed your room, our restaurant and other amenities, and would love to have you visit with us again. We take great pride in providing excellent service throughout the different departments of our house, and highly value our guests’ suggestions in an ongoing quest to improve their experience while in our care in any way we can. We would like to apologize for your experience at breakfast. In reviewing the incident, it can only have been a misunderstanding, as it was never the intention of our service staff to offend you. Unfortunately, expressing herself in English is not one of her strengths, and we would like to extend her apologies as well. After discussing the matter of the delayed opening of the spa area on one of the days during your stay with the front desk staff on duty that day, we would like to point out that due to an internal scheduling error, we had to divert a third group to the spa area, and it was therefore opened two hours later than usual. This was communicated to both affected seminar groups before arrival, but since the meetings were scheduled to last all day, the organizers didn’t see it as an issue , especially since it was limited to that one afternoon only. Switching on the sauna was indeed not possible until the group was finished in the late afternoon. Accommodating your wishes, the spa area was gladly opened early on the other days of your stay. We are truly sorry it was an inconvenience to you, and want to apologize that it was communicated to you in an unsatisfactory manner. We really enjoyed having you and the other attendees as our guests and are looking forward to welcoming you at our hotel again soon. Sincerely yours Karin S. general manager

We had a great room (number 1) that looked out over the restaurant to the lake. Because it faced west we were treated to excellent sunsets. The room was quite large, very comfortable, with a large shower with great water. The internet was good and the king bed comfortable. The

Have been there several times. Beautiful hotel with a modern and a traditional building and a really great park and beach. The wellness area is huge, but it is managed in a way that no relaxing feeling is coming up. There are no towels offered in the wellness area, there are no

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay at our hotel, and for having chosen us as your holiday destination several times already. We are sorry that you didn't find our spa relaxing. We will certainly take your request for mats for the lounge chairs into consideration. Due to environmental concerns, we have decided to offer a limited amount of towels directly in the spa area, with notice that guests can certainly request additional ones at the front desk, according to their needs. Direct access from the spa area to the beach is provided through a spiral staircase. Since children are prohibited from using spa facilities, we unfortunately had to resort to locking the glass doors, which could give slightly easier access to the beach. We're hoping you will rethink your decision and will look forwad to welcoming you for another stay at our hotel. sincerely

We have spent a week in this great hotel at the beginning of July 2016. It is very conveniently located on the Wolfghangsee lake shores. It has a very nice garden just on the lake where you have the sun beds for those enjoying sun tanning and swimming. You can combine swimming
