During a two night stay in this hotel I was subject the most appalling customer service I have ever experienced at any hotel. In brief: the tap in the bathroom was damaged when I checked in (it was no longer fixed securely to the wash basin), however as it could still be used I didn't bother to complain to the staff. On the morning I checked out I was absolutely disgusted by the manner in which the woman at reception (I believe she may have been the owner) blatantly accused me of having broken the tap. She insinuated that as I hadn't reported it that I must have caused the damage. She even tried to add the repairs costs to my bill. She was extremely discourteous and rude in how she spoke to me.
There are many other hotels in Pörstchach, I would advise my fellow trip advisor readers to choose another hotel where the management know how to treat their guests courteously and do not make unfounded accusations against their customers or try pass off maintenance costs onto the... More
