Nestled along a picturesque beachfront, Elea Beach Hotel's prime location is celebrated by guests for its direct access to the sea, although sea shoes might be necessary due to pebbly stretches. The hotel is consistently lauded for its cleanliness across the board. While its beaches, pools, and loungers are a hit, the pricey drinks and variable service have received some criticism. The vibrant atmosphere caters to those seeking entertainment, though it does not impress everyone. The staff's friendly demeanor and efficient service often receive applause, but the dining experience sometimes falls short. Opinions on value for money are split, with meals and transport deemed reasonable, yet drinks and the all-inclusive package are points of contention. Rooms come with stunning views, yet some guests suggest they could benefit from enlargement and refurbishment.

Hotel was really clean, army of cleaners every morning cleaning inside and out, it as more the guests who were not conforming to wearing masks inside the hotel, even when we had been told by the TUI rep it was mandatory inside buildings.
Staff in restaurant tried really hard, masked up all the time & they served you, could be a challenge at times due to screening & caused a queue on occasions, food did cool down, but all in all a good job. Food was varied but always managed to find something to eat, salads very good, found the criticism by other guests rather unjust but that’s just my opinion, I may not have had such high expectations as *ratings vary vastly country to country.
Double room had 2 singles pushed together + a single spare bed, room was spacious as was the bathroom, plenty of hot water day & night.
The No7 bus into the main town worked really & run frequently, if you get your ticket from the machine it’s €1.50 each way, slightly more if ticket purchased from driver.
Beach is very stoney but go out into the sea 6 feet & your on the sand
All inclusive worked well for us,
Not normally our type of holiday, however enjoyed the break.

We arrived into Corfu airport and caught a bus to Corfu town approx 10mins then the no.7 bus to Dassia beach (1.50 euro) which dropped you off on the main road with a 2 minute walk to The hotel.

The entrance and reception was incredibly welcoming, with the staff on the desk explaining everything in detail and asking if we had any special requirements.

We had a room with a Seaview on the third floor. The View from the balcony was stunning, overlooking the swimming pools and the whole shoreline as far as the eye can sea.

The all inclusive package is great value for money, drinks are served from 10am until 11pm with beers wines and spirits all being on the menu. The food was served for you due to covid which adds a little time on the waiting but because the complex and Corfu is so quiet currently it didn’t make any difference to the quality.

I wouldn’t say it was the best food we’ve had in an all inclusive package but it did the job.

The swimming pools are incredibly clean and with the beach just being a few metres away it was so nice to be able to take your drinks to the loungers provided.

The hotel and the grounds were always spotlessly clean, the staff wore face masks at all times and correctly which can’t be said for outside of the complex.

We looked for other things to do whilst there. We hired quad bikes and took a trip over to Palaiokastritsa and to La Grotta (A bay with a beach bar, cliff diving and snorkelling / swimming) This is a must if you want to see the island in all its glory. The busiest pub we found was Dirty Nellies in the neighbouring town of Ipsos. (10 euros in a taxi)

We want to say a big Thankyou to Magda and the team for making our stay a great one :)

We arrived at reception to a very friendly lady Magda who was so helpful and pleasant throughout the week , hotel room nice and clean , staff work so hard, lovely lady in the shop within the hotel always had a smile on her face , beach right outside beautiful scenery. But don’t think u should have to pay for the sun beds !!! Food was hit and miss breakfast was about the best meal , some of the staff seem less enthusiastic as others and less approachable , however the young girl who came round to ask for drink order and cleared tables was very nice and friendly . we paid a lot of money for a week but felt as though we were imposing on them by asking for food. Not a very nice atmosphere in the dining hall, We also noticed other hotels in the same area played music throughout the day and at night, I think it would of changed the atmosphere at this hotel if they done the same . All in all it was a lovely week and the hotel is spotlessly clean ,

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review! We appreciate your kind comments about our staff and about our cleanliness. As I noticed, you could see the smile of our personal behind their mask! We made a lot of rearrangements in our restaurant in order to follow the new hygiene protocols. So, i totally agree with you that the atmosphere is not as it used to be, but i believe we managed to maximize health safety due to covid. It would be nice to see you again! Greetings from Corfu & Elea Beach!!

This is a great looking hotel and is situated next to beach which is pebbles at this end but still nice . The decor is tasteful and pleasing ,the rooms are spacious nicely decorated and a good size modern shower the air con is good which was much needed ,the balcony was nice and had a nice mountain view and sunset in evening . In general hotel staff were hard working and very pleasant and helpful they did their very best to adhere to COVID rules .the food was of good quality and tasty .now the not so good yes the walls seem very thin in bedrooms and no plug sockets by the bed (unusual) the mattress need upgrade as uncomfortable. The cleaning needs more supervision as looked under bed and side table there was debris from previous tenant also the cleaners around hotel seem unguided and walk around aimlessly in gangs. It’s such a shame to mention this by 8:30 the food was not hot I believe all hot plates are turned off early .Management need to check food temperatures on regular basis

We very much enjoyed staying at this hotel. Our room was modern and clean. I’m not a great fan of buffets but the food quality was very good and I looked forward to meal times. The beach is narrow so you never feel like it is crowded and you could have your sun bed next to the water’s edge. It took only two minutes from our ground floor room to be swimming in the sea. The sea is very clear, warm and mostly calm. Although we did not use them, the swimming pools were nice. All staff were friendly. We liked our ground floor room but our “mountain view” was very limited, we could see more of the car park! It may be better to pay the extra for a sea view. Most nights had evening entertainment of a high quality.

For COVID safety all staff wore masks. The buffet was self service but gloves were provided and masks had to be worn when not eating. The buffet area never seemed too busy to feel unsafe.

Although overall a great hotel, there were a few small things that were an irritation. Although we knew about the local tax payable at the hotel, we also had to pay for the safe key. The sun beds and parasols were free in the hotel gardens but only the sun beds were free on the beach. If you wanted a parasol there was a daily charge of €2. This was inconvenient on an all inclusive holiday where the idea is that you don’t need to carry cash and it seems a small cash earner for the hotel compared to the annoyance of their guests. There was also a €1 charge if you wanted a beach towel.

Not all guests were all inclusive and there was a much larger selection of drinks available at the bar for those people. Although all inclusive customers could get wine, beer, coffee etc. , the range was quite limited. Table service was provided for the paying customers but not for the all inclusive customers as we had paid in advance and it seemed they did not want to encourage us to have drinks as this was more cost to the hotel. The only food available when the buffet was closed were a cheese toastie, a slice of margarita pizza or vanilla ice cream from the pool bar.

These irritations were not major and we still had a great time at this hotel and would recommend it.

Just returned from 8 nights at this lovely property located right by the beach in Dassia. The rooms were airy, light and spacious with plenty of storage space, empty refrigerator, free safety deposit box (just a deposit required for the key) and large balcony with rails for drying towels and swimming things. All the property was spotlessly clean. Huge garden, two pools, free sun loungers in the garden area, and the stunning beach with crystal clear sea just one step across the pedestrian walkway along the sea shore. Apart from the actual hotel facilities I cannot praise the staff highly enough. The two receptionists were exceptionally pleasant and helpful as indeed were all the staff who worked extremely hard. Water sports and boat trips available within a couple of hundred yards from the hotel , as indeed a handful of tavernas should you wish for a change one evening from the very good food in the hotel. Public bus to Corfu town from the main road approximately 400 yards away. Really a wonderful holiday and I shall definitely return to the Elea Beach.

A warm welcome from arrival and going to the reception. On entering our room we opened the curtains to an amazing sea view looking over the bay to Corfu Town. The room was spotless with daily cleaning.
The pools, surrounding areas and outside bars are clean and pleasant, I enjoyed daily swims in the pool and the sea. Entertainment is provided in the bar next to the beach of an evening
The food was plentiful with a wide selection , we always managed to find ourselves a tasty meal. Lots of salad options, pasta, rice and potatoes with meat and veg. Highly recommended the ice cream.
A special thanks to all the staff who work so hard in the dining room. Including Yiannis(John), Anna and Alexandra our super “egg lady” giving us fresh eggs with breakfast straight off the griddle,
Highly recommend having a massage whilst you are there with the lovely Eleanna.
We found it easy to go up the road and get on either the city bus into Corfu or you can get a green bus up the coast(2 euros) there is also a boat trip fro just along the beach which we enjoyed.
We had 2 weeks and recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, relaxing environment and not forgetting watching the 2 hotel dogs plodding around.

We were transferred/upgraded to Elea Beach hotel after our original hotel (their sister hotel) was closed. This was our first visit abroad during the pandemic, and although slightly apprehensive, there was really no need to be. Hotel from the start was lovely and clean and continued to be so. You had a choice which days and how many days the cleaners came in, although they did come in every day to empty bins and leave towels if you required them. There was a bottle of hand gel in our room and in every visible place around hotel.

Our stay was all inclusive. The food was lovely, had breakfast and lunch every day but ate out on the evening. There was lots of choice, nice and fresh and of good quality, nice and hot. Staff in the restaurant were lovely and friendly and wore gloves and masks. We were required to wear masks walking around restaurant and gloves to help our selves to food etc.

Drinks were of "okay" quality. Our only gripe was if you were all inclusive, our drinks were not of the same quality or appearance of the drinks if you paid for them. So the cocktails were just pre made bottles topped up with the soft drink in them. Orange juice was NOT juice, but powdered orange drink. But, the staff serving them were always friendly. Also, this does not go for the beer though which was ALWAYS served in a lovely proper glass, and the bottles of water you could freely have, were an absolute bonus. And snacks available were lovely, the toasted sandwiches were as good as if you'd paid for them from bar.

Pool area, beach and gardens were lovely and chill out, as it was quiet when we went there was no animation going on, which actually we preferred. Always managed to get sunbeds and umbrella BUT both need replacing BADLY, as there was mould on the umbrellas and the beds had holes in them.

SPA: I had the most amazing massage. Was absolutely incredible and was given a lovely little elephant candle as a gift, lovely touch I thought. Thank you Eleanna it was perfect.

We had a lovely time in Dassia, not sure if will return, as not enough for us to do on an evening but Elea Beach Hotel was lovely, even with the couple of issues above.

Honestly such a beautiful hotel!

As soon as you walk through the reception you can see the beautiful sea view. It is so breathtaking.

Once we got sorted at reception they showed us directions to our rooms, we went as a family of 4 (Mum, Sister, Myself & My Daughter) twin rooms on the 2nd floor, we had a back view but we loved it, seeing people go by and in the evening the sun came round. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was spacious and mine came with a bath & shower, baths are easier with a the little one.

Both pools were lovely, although the top pool in salt water, so the bottom pool was ideal for us and we set our sun lounges up by the toddler pool. Sun lounges if your half board you have to pay €2 each a day so with 3 sun beds a day we spent quite alot on them and it wasn't mentioned before booking with no receipts given.

The beach is literally a step away, it is amazing! Pebble beach with sunbeds, so warm and clear.

The food in the buffet wasn't great at all, my mum most nights wouldn't eat in there, we had a few dinners up at the pool bar which we paid for but wasn't too expensive they were lovely.

If your not all inclusive the drinks are very expensive, unless you get house wine which is only €2 and quite nice.

The lilos that are left were great for everyone to use.

Also there's a cat she was lovely so so friendly! And there was the hotel owners dog that used to roam around she was lovely too, used to have a mad half hour if her friend came by.

All in all would definitely go back!

Thank you for contacting us! Our all inclusive supplement does not provide a child's buffet menu but there is a reasonable variety of food that kids would like (meatballs, potatoes, spaghetti, chicken etc). There are a few restaurants near our hotel next to the beach and at the center of Dassia as well. Greetings from Corfu & Elea Beach
