Hotel was really clean, army of cleaners every morning cleaning inside and out, it as more the guests who were not conforming to wearing masks inside the hotel, even when we had been told by the TUI rep it was mandatory inside buildings. Staff in restaurant tried really hard, masked up all the time & they served you, could be a challenge at times due to screening & caused a queue on occasions, food did cool down, but all in all a good job. Food was varied but always managed to find something to eat, salads very good, found the criticism by other guests rather unjust but that’s just my opinion, I may not have had such high expectations as *ratings vary vastly country to country. Double room had 2 singles pushed together + a single spare bed, room was spacious as was the bathroom, plenty of hot water day & night. The No7 bus into the main town worked really & run frequently, if you get your ticket from the machine it’s €1.50 each way, slightly more if ticket purchased from driver. Beach is very stoney but go out into the sea 6 feet & your on the sand All inclusive worked well for us, Not normally our type of holiday, however enjoyed the break.
Dear Guest, thank you for your review and your kind words! We were very pleased about the phrase "army of cleaners" you used. It was a very nice compliment about our housekeeping service and it represents our efforts to keep all of our guests safe during this difficult season. It will be nice to see you again in the future! Greetings from Corfu & Elea Beach!

3 nights all inclusive booked through TUI
We arrived into Corfu airport and caught a bus to Corfu town approx 10mins then the no.7 bus to Dassia beach (1.50 euro) which dropped you off on the main road with a 2 minute walk to The hotel. The entrance and reception was incredibly welcoming, with the staff on the desk explaining everything in detail and asking if we had any special requirements. We had a room with a Seaview on the third floor. The View from the balcony was stunning, overlooking the swimming pools and the whole shoreline as far as the eye can sea. The all inclusive package is great value for money, drinks are served from 10am until 11pm with beers wines and spirits all being on the menu. The food was served for you due to covid which adds a little time on the waiting but because the complex and Corfu is so quiet currently it didn’t make any difference to the quality. I wouldn’t say it was the best food we’ve had in an all inclusive package but it did the job. The swimming pools are incredibly clean and with the beach just being a few metres away it was so nice to be able to take your drinks to the loungers provided. The hotel and the grounds were always spotlessly clean, the staff wore face masks at all times and correctly which can’t be said for outside of the complex. We looked for other things to do whilst there. We hired quad bikes and took a trip over to Palaiokastritsa and to La Grotta (A bay with a beach bar, cliff diving and snorkelling / swimming) This is a must if you want to see the island in all its glory. The busiest pub we found was Dirty Nellies in the neighbouring town of Ipsos. (10 euros in a taxi) We want to say a big Thankyou to Magda and the team for making our stay a great one :)

Lovely hotel and all staff are friendly and willing to help, smile and have a bit of a chat. The entertainment is what let’s the hotel be a 4/5 for us. The one entertainer was ok but could do with some better acts. But he did try and was funny at times. The food was lovely, plenty of choice. I had 2 massages whilst we stayed and it’s well worth the money. Felt so relaxed and refreshed. Thank you to Eleanna the therapist.

Lovely hotel, staff and location. Dassia is a quiet town with enough to do and good bus links to Corfu Old town and not far from the airport. The hotel is clean and spacious and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Eleanna the spa therapist is amazing! A massage with her is money we’ll spent, she is kind and works her magic! The breakfast and dinner have a great variety and the food selection vast. The beach is tranquil with plenty of sun beds and the pools clean. Only extra is that dinner drinks have to be paid for separately, but affordable.

Stayed at this brilliant hotel for 2 weeks from Aug 11 until Aug 25th ,with quite a large family group,so we could attend a family wedding in Corfu Town,we couldn’t have asked for anything better,it was brilliant. Checking in was painless, with efficient and pleasant reception staff. All information regarding the hotel is found in a folder in your room,we had a sea view ,which was quite nice because the views were beautiful. The room was ok ,with a Bath/shower,ok for us ,but there are rooms with walk-in showers, Food was absolutely lovely and maybe one or two night were it was repeated, but what do you expect when staying for 2 weeks, all the staff so pleasant in the dining room and quite helpful, Bar staff were amazing, quite friendly and never complained or moaned for the amount of people they were serving, super friendly and obliging,Thanks guys you were brilliant! Must give a mention to Alex who seemed to be at the hotel day and night,he worked so hard,Well done, Entertainment was provided by Alibaba, daytime and evening, from sports with the teenagers,Aqua fit in the sea, children’s disco, and adult entertainer in the evening, what a laugh we had,A super friendly guy,who tried so hard to help everyone enjoy their holiday,so well done again, Lovely beach ,but beach shoes required.Pools at the hotel were brilliant, Reception staff will help book minibuses to Corfu Town or the Aqua Park or anywhere indeed if you ask,for us it was a trip out to a beach club for our nieces hen party, and a trip to the harbour for a day on a catamaran, Unfortunately we don’t return to the same hotel that often ,but what amazing staff !

I found the hotel a disapointement all in all, it is not a 4 star hotel but about 2. More a small family business than a proper hotel. Balcony in the sea view room was nice and big, airport transfer was well organised. Otherwise a poor experience. It is impossible to relax there, animation is very loud till 11 pm, in the morning 8 am they cut the grass loudly or every morning cleaners are disturbing 8 am already in front of your door. Doors are from paper, zero isolation you hear the neighbours. There is no warm water in the night like 2 am or at 5 am in the morning, internet access was poor they were fixing it loudly at 1 am in the corridor! You can’t relax there. Rooms are tired and old needs maintenance. Bathroom smells strong sewage, tiles broken. They have no double beds, only 2 separate ones far from each other, if you complain they put a soft old used matrasse on top which is not comfy at all. You cannot write consumption to the room but you always need to have cash on you. You have to pay extra for safe and beach towels, of course in cash! I didn’t receive an invoice by paying just a card payment confirmation what I have never seen before in a 4 star property. Overpriced for what it offers! Looks different on the pictures than in reality.

We have just returned from our 10 day trip to Corfu. Elea Beach Hotel was great and we really enjoyed our time staying there. The staff were all so accommodating and welcoming, the hotel was clean and the location was brilliant with the beautiful beach on its doorstep. The water was warm, clear and calm, great for activities. It is a pebbled beach so bring suitable shoes. They have sun beds on the beach, but be quick as early risers tend to leave towels on early. They have 2 large pools, 1 sea water and 1 chlorine. We went half board as we were mostly out during the day. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast options, but for us the Dinner options were average. Drinks were very pricey too at an average of €5 a pint of beer, €9 a cocktail and €3 a soft drink. Something to consider if not going all inclusive. I would reccomend paying a little bit extra for sea room view as the view is amazing. It was my birthday whilst there, and the hotel decorated my hotel room on the day with banners and balloons and also a complimentary bottle of wine, which I thought was a lovely touch. We would highly reccomend getting the number 7 bus into Corfu town. It takes roughly 25 minutes but only costs €1.80. For excursions, we used Helga travel which is located 3 minutes walk down the road from the hotel. They were reasonably priced and would 100% reccomend the Paxos Island Boat trip and Aqua Land. The Journey to Paxos Island was 3 hours on the boat - something to consider if you have children. But definitely worth it to see the beautiful waters. Ali Baba the animator was simply amazing. He is such a hard worker and made everyone’s stay enjoyable. He ran everything from aqua gym (in the sea!) dressed as iron man in the morning to children’s disco and bingo at night. There was never a dull day when Ali Baba was around. Credit to this man, he is fantastic 👏🏻 We will be returning 😁

This is our 30th visit to Corfu and our 12th return to Elea Beach. Sorry to learn of the passing of the amazing hotel owner of extended years. I do hope the family retains the unique way the hotel has been run over the years and not following other nearby chain hotels? When you return and see the majority of the same staff are here year after year tells you something very good is happening. The hotel is always full whatever months you visit. Georgia on reception does a great job with obviously many selfish difficult guests but she copes admirably. Alex the do anything and everything guy is a wonderful example of the hotel standards. The small shop run by Kate and her husband has lots to buy and they even arranged newspaper daily for me plus kindly getting some linctus from a pharmacy which was a bit too far to walk. Very kind people. The food is adequate but plentiful and the staff especially the manager who is always there are really good. Effy for years sorts out food to fit in with my strict dietary requirements and is exceptional plus the welcome on the door from Maria. I would like to see more cooking on the grill particularly fish which does seem to be in short availability? The hotel position is unique and safe. Rooms are excellent and beds seem to be changed every other day which we don’t do at home. I must mention the lady therapist Ella who has been exceptionally kind this year. I finish on value and cost. We also go to Spain every year and in May a similar hotel there was exactly double that of Elea Beach!
