I am not going to say GOOD or BAD as that would not be fair so I am going to say positive and negative. Ihe positive bits are that the hotel and the ground and kept spotlessly clean, I booked a classic room but on enquiring if it was suitable for a wheelchair person they said NO but they upgraded us FREE of charge to a premium room which was ideal, the young lady on reception Helena and the young man Chris were wonderful and could not do enough for us and made us most welcome, ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful. Now for the negative points, we were not able to get to the dining room at breakfast as there were too many steps for the wheelchair so I went to breakfast each morning to select what we wanted and then one of the staff would bring it to our room, the only thing being by the time we got to eat our egg and bacon it was cold, the hotel is quite a bit out of town so you need a car or a taxi to go into town for your evening meal were there are some wonderful restaurants at very reasonable prices, they do have a snack bar by the pool but the menu is very limited, they show a picture of the beach on their website but for a able bodied person it would take about 25 minutes to walk to but for us with a wheelchair and myself having walking problems it would take well over 45 minutes that is if I could make it as it was downhill going but uphill ALL the way back so this was not possible to get to the beach, I know that my next remark might seem silly but none of the staff wear a uniform just there normal day clothes, the hotel does close from 12th October until March 2019, they do have a big problem with dogs backing day and night as the hotel has house's all around the out side and Saturday evening and 07.30hrs on Sundays the church bells start ringing it does not go on for very long and can be quite nice really the only other thing is that in the evening it did get a bit chilly as this was late September so we asked for a blanket but the blanket were not big enough as we had a King size bed but the blankets were only for a single bed

Paloma Blanca is absolutely amazing. So tranquil, and so beautiful. The pool and area is clean and wonderfully maintained, and there's loads for all the family to enjoy, including the netball, mini golf, and even the resident goat who enjoys bread!! Billy's attention to cocktails, is as amazing as Costas' hospitality and delicious traditional Greek food. The location is accessible from the main road by foot which is around a 10 minute walk. The scenery and ambiance is stunning. Our room was tastefully decorated, and the general appearance was outstanding. We were informed that work continues throughout the winter, but I'm not too sure what exactly could be improved. We stayed in September which was fairly quiet, yet still 37.5° some days!!! Clear blue sky, along with the pool, the food, and the exotic cocktails. Thank you Christos, Costas and Billy. We will be returning!!!

We didn’t stay here but we often went just for the cocktails and surroundings! Billy the barman is fantastic. Really knows his stuff. The place is immaculate and looks fabulous at night. Very good prices too. Thank you for a lovely experience

Great place and location, really friendly staff. To be precise 10 mins walk from beach, 5 mins from amenities and entertainment, central to whole of Corfu so max 30 mins drive from all of the amazing beaches the island has to offer. Location is therefore ideal. Room was very nice for a 3 ***, looked like recently refurbished, beautiful bathroom. Breakfast buffet was average, but easily did the job so value for money there. Very friendly staff, always smiling, dealing with queries promptly. Finally, awesome pool area. However...the whole thing is let down by the noise! Paper thin walls, room set ups that cause a loud bang with every closing of a wardrobe or drawer, repair works early morning (hammers, drills) and VERY loud clientele AND cleaning staff who talk loud and make noise at all times during the day! Yes, all times, from 8am to 4am, we experienced extreme and sustained noise. Unable to sleep (pillows/mattresses very hard), we flew back home to catch up on sleep and we did try to sleep during various hours in the day. For this, you lose 2 ** I am afraid, hope you get this right, it's a small detail that makes a massive difference to your guests.
