A great place to stay, with clean bathrooms. Also a close walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We had an excellent trip with no hassles in finding the place. The lodge also offers a breakfast for their guests and also an option to having breakfast on the deck that overlooks the beach.

We stayed over at the sister rooms at West Coast Life Lodge and our room had the most amazing view of the sea, however, it was not accompanied by good service. We literally just paid for the amazing view from our room. The decor of the room and furniture does not match up to the amount of money we paid!...

Great service, delicious breakfast and awesome room with beautiful sea view. The rooms are very clean and tidy with perfect privacy. The location feels very safe and secluded yet it is close enough to enjoy dinner at the great local restaurants.

Very nice rooms, very nice views, but then you spoil the experience with a very bad breakfast. Please note that when you run such a lodge that borders on botique hotel, you make sure you have enough food for your guests, that the butter didn't just come out of the freezer, there are enough plates cups and serviettes for your...

Very good place, but needs attention to small detail. Perhaps nobody has reported things to you, but your maintenance people must check everything after every guest has left. It is my perception that the view will kill other complaints. IT DOES NOT! It is the small things that irritate people. The stairs and limited parking is a definite negative.. God...

the room was clean and neat, but the selection in the mini bar and tea and coffee was dismal. breakfast was decent.we felt it was very expensive for what we received. it felt cold and unwelcoming. i paid R1400 for the night but felt it was worth no more than R1000.

The views are amazing and access to the beach is a breeze. The place has all the necessities for a comfortable stay. I would however recommend an airconditioner for those hot sunny Cape Town weather. Overall this was a very pleasant stay.

We stayed in the Honeymoon suite at Crystal Lagoon Lodge and everything about our stay was wonderful, especially the view! Absolutely breath taking. Friendly and helpful staff, wish we could have stayed longer!

The lodge has a beautiful sea view. You can see Cub Mykonos as well as Saldanha Bay from the bed room balcony. The beach is only a few wooden steps away and the weather was pleasant with plenty of sunshine and little wind. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was good. The only complaint we had was...

Beautiful location by the beach, great room and stunning view, but... We arrived to the lodge after 500 km roadtrip with outside temperature of 37 C. We were tired and thirsty. First surprice was that it was at the (fully build) gated community, wich was not mentioned at the Tripadvisor pages. In the evening we would have loved walk to the...
