From the minute we arrived it was magical. Family of four adults being big kids in the snow for a week! We done lots of trips which were all organized fantastically (snowmobile, reindeer ride, santa visit and overnight in ice hotel). Some of the best experiences of my life! People are so friendly, food at the hotel was average but...

We stayed in a chalet attached to this hotel. The chalet was clean and comfortable. Lots of variety for breakfast, however, I would not eat dinner at the restaurant again (quality of food and service was bad). Spa is ok, the water is quite chilly except for the jacuzzi and the kids pool which is rather small.

Even I prefere the smaller, typical Lapland hotels, I enjoyed the stay. The food was great and typical for Lapland with the local flavors and ingredients. But as many big hotels in Finland and Sweden short of employees. Air condition in several rooms out of control, but nobody there to fix it. Not possible to open windows means to endure...

The location is very good, you can ski in and walk only 400 meters to the gondola. The rooms are very clean and the sauna is great. The equipments in the kitchen are not so good, so if you stay longer, take some own with you (chef knife..).

This is a really nice ski in/ski out hotel, we had a room facing the slopes and it was a great view on and evening and in the morning. The food in the hotel was good for a buffet type set up, we went half board and this was really useful to get a decent breakfast before hitting the slopes....

Everything necessary for a family from 2- 70 year old. Warm and comfortable with helpful staff. The pool/ spa facilities were enjoyed each day after a great day skiing on the conveniently close and uncrowded slopes. The ski school had our two novice skiers (6 and 7 years) able to enjoy the pistes after three lessons. There were free sledges and...

Booked with Thompson's and had the best time ever. Snow clothes and boot provided -7 temperature but your busy playing you don't notice the cold. Only done the taster excursion provided but that was plenty, used our free time hiring ski and playing with the toboggans. Hotel rooms were fully equip, it's a spa hotel so we made the most...

2nd year for us coming to this beautiful place & we will keep coming. Food has improved a great deal since last year & the hotel has had a few minor upgrades. Had a ski lesson every morning which was certainly worth it. Katri from the Ski school is great, very patient. Husky trip was just as much fun as...

We stayed in one of the chalet apartments and it was very clean and comfortable. There was pretty much everything you would need, even a washing machine. The only real complaint regarding the apartment itself was that the sofa in the living room could have been bigger (there we four of us). The kitchen furniture takes quite a lot of...

This is a nice hotel with a great location, probably one of the best in the area for the alpine skiing guests. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast area was sufficiently large with beautiful views and the breakfast itself was probably one of the best we've had in Finland. We did not visit the spa area during this...
