I visited Cuba for the first time and it was just incredible, the hotel is amazing you seriously cannot fault it. The food and options of food available was great for a fussy eater like myself, I'm concious of healthy eating even when I'm on holiday and the healthy options were fantastic. The pools are huge and the beach is...

arrived late april, prehistoric airport terminal took 2 hours to leave on coaches for hotel, not a good start. Hotel or complex as it really is was generally good, room was clean, comfortable and no problems. grounds are well kept and vast, if you have mobility problems then this place is not for you. Food was generally the same as...

Travelled to Playa Pesquero on the 20th of April for two weeks with my husband and two if our friends. Prior to going when booking I had requested a first floor room, I had also emailed the hotel and received a reply confirming my request. Check in was quick and easy and transported by buggy to our room, only to...

This is more a village than a hotel. We stayed in block 54 which was quiet. They have extended golf carts which are available 24/7 or you could easily do your 10000 steps a day if required. There are 2 buffet restaurants for breakfast lunch & dinner, also 8 restaurants for dinner & 2 main a la carte. Staff are...

We stayed here (in the standard, child-friendly side) for 2 weeks at the beginning of April. It's a great hotel, lots of positives and the staff were really friendly. Generally the hotel is in good condition throughout and there seems to be constant work to improve the buildings, gardens, etc. The beach is incredible, as is the sea. It is...

Stayed here in June 2016 and won't be returning all areas of the hotel requires a facelift. pathways are dangerous as are the areas around the pool, beach needs a good clean as lots of glass on the beach. Restaurant food was cold on several occasions that's all I want to say.

Stayed May 3-10, experience was average to good. Flew Air Canada vacations- arrived on time but waited over an hour for a family who were delayed in customs because they took in illegal electronics. We didn’t have any hand luggage so we waited FOREVER. By the way if you decide to take a taxi (40 pesos) make sure you advise...

We could not find a single thing to complain about. We spent two fantastic weeks in the Premier side and are booked to return again in December 2017. The staff genuinely can not do enough for you nothing is any trouble Rooms are top class and although the food is not fine dining it is not far off

You normally hear the food isn't that good in Cuba. This is not the case at this resort. The food was absolutely amazing. There was premium alcohol and unlimited quantities, the à la carte restaurants where one of the best food experiences we've ever had. The staff are friendly, but when you give a tip...you get treated like gold. They...
