Stayed here with the hopes of having a couple days of rest and relaxing time around the beautiful pool, too bad there were swimming lessons for 30 kids from 9am till noon, then our patio tables were taken away for an event the next day, ok not a big deal until hotel staff took all lounge chairs and put them away, I tried to get a couple to put on our deck but was denied, that evening there was a valentines party with very loud music at first we were told only until 9pm and it would be smooth and quiet tunes, after calling front desk at 930 to ask when music will stop they tell me any minute, 30 min later I called again this time they tell maybe 11pm it is over. Don't stay here if you want some quiet time

Past by while driving, getting late, this place looked good. So, I backtracked, and very happy I did that. Super clean, cost me $114, including breakfast. If I said anything negative, I couldn’t find. I would say that breakfast is a little weak. But, there is a charming lady cooking omelets, so what more can you ask for? It was better than Holiday inn Express breakfast. Swimming pool area looked really inviting, although I didn’t get a chance to use it. I think it was perfect for me as a westerner, traveling through.

We stayed one night only resting after a long drive from Bocas Del Toro. The property is beautiful with good amenities (big swimming pool, gym, restaurant and bar). The rooms were clean with big comfortable beds. Breakfast is a buffet opened 6:30-10:30 am. We came for breakfast 9:30 and many food was finished, there were just few tortillas left and no fruits at all. They were not replenished until we finished breakfast. We tried restaurant for a lunch too, the dishes were good overall. In general, a nice hotel to stay with good options for wellness.

The positive-friendly, wonderful staff and a great breakfast. The negative: I am disabled and requested a King bed. The only one offered was on the second floor and no elevator. We were told that there were none available on the first floor. Once we got the manager involved-there WAS a King on the first floor down a long hall so we went with a room with two doubles as walkIng is painful. The room was clean and there is a bottle of water for you. The bathroom had no hot water and we told the front desk and on our second day-no hot water. The shower had mold in it on the grout and glass tiles. The big disappointment was that the lobby snack bar, the pool bar and the big bar were all closed despite being listed as perks of the hotel. The big bar was supposed to be open on Wednesday and it wasn’t. There was one waiter that we flagged down and he served us drinks and dinner on the patio. The big bar was open last night and the others remained closed. It is not as advertised and I have photos of it all. I know as an American I am spoiled and yet we should get what is advertised on the website.

We had stayed at this hotel last year on at least 3 different occasions due to business. The last visit was during Christmas time 2018 and the premises were still very well kept. This time, however, we were shocked too see how deteriorated the facilities were, mold on the tables and seats in the pool area, peeling headboards in the rooms, rotting wooden door frame in the bathroom, and smell of mold once we walked into the room. People at the reception desk were somewhat friendly, as always, however service at the restaurant was painfully slow. Same goes for the servers at the pool bar. They were not at all friendly. I even began to think that one particular young man at the pool bar had a personal issue with us because he's never cracked a smile since we've been going to the hotel. Food was still tasty though! All in all, we won't be going back, no longer worth the $100+ a night that they charge. Sad because we used to really like the place.

Stayed a night on my way through town. Probably the best hotel in town in terms of room quality. Everything is new, clean, and airy. There is a big pool in case you brought children. I was sorely disappointed by the included breakfast. They serve a large buffet, but there wasn’t a single appetizing dish (and I tried several). Most of them were way overcooked and dried out, some to the point that they were totally inedible (the chicharrones for example). The saving grace was the coffee, which was ok.

This Hotel is well recommended. Restaurant offers variety and different dishes local and international food. The room is clean, big, it doesn't offer a room bar but you definitely cam get a good night sleep without a doubt.

Stayed here for one night as my family was attending a local gathering. Staff is very diligent, kind and helpful. Rooms are relatively big, modern and comfortable. Great pool including pool for kids and amazing breakfast variety.

We are very glad we stayed at Mykonos Hotel in Santiago. It was clean, with a comfortable bed and spacious room. It was quiet and the restaurant offered delicious food options and room Service. We highly recommend it.

We have traveled Panama for a week now and stayed at 4 different hotels. Interestingly, the best was in Panama City. The reason it was the best is their attention to details due to a highly competitive market. We were a little disappointed with the Mykonos really for small reasons. They put us in a room on the second floor and no elevator. We are in our mid 60s and certainly can walk up a flight of stairs but it was a bit frustrating to carry 2 heavy suitcases up. We had supper in the restaurant as well as breakfast. Both were OK but not great. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a fridge in the room as well. Like I said, little things but a bit disappointing. On another note. Tipping is not a clear custom here. We have read that waitstaff doesn’t expect a tip but appreciates it. Frankly I haven’t had a great waitperson anywhere in Panama. I still leave a tip and rarely do I get a thank you. I just feel that customer service is still a new word in Panama.
