Top customer service in a family environment. The genuine interest and care the Kokalakis family has for each and every customer is simply astonishing. Any request can be satisfied, any information can be provided. Very nice facilities, clean pool, delicious breakfast. Simply the best!

A group of friends travel to a different island in Greece each year. In error our friend who was booking, clicked on Kos instead of another Island. Happily He landed on Kos and the above mentioned Hotel. This is situated a couple of minutes walks to the pleasant Beach area and many very good Taverners. both for lunches and evening... More

Stayed there when my son got married in the island, all the staff were friendly and treated the children most of the time. Clean well serviced rooms that were functional but to be fair with it being 30deg out side we didn't spend much time in there. Quieter part of Kos but suited, lots of reasonably price restaurants shame the... More

Not available on package holidays for some reason. It's basic , the rooms small but very clean, the service and interactions first class and the chips made by Poppy along with tuna sandwiches just the tastiest things out. Really centrally located to wander around the seafront. Lovely pool too. You get a fridge. AC is a must. Rooms bigger at... More

Our first visit to the Kokalakis Hotel and definitely will return again. Wish we had stayed here before. The friendly owners make you feel really welcome. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, the room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Lovely view across the bay from the balcony. The included breakfast offers a good selection. Good sized swimming pool. Opposite is the beach... More

Staff are excellent and cannot do enough for you. Our double room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is good and the... More

We spent a very enjoyable week at the Hotel Kokolakis. Our room, which had a sea view from one of the two balconies, was clean and bright. The family and staff were sunny and hospitable. Hotel Kokalakis is extremely well placed for the beach, restaurants and supermarkets of Kefalos resort. Thoroughly recommended.

Kokalakis is a family hotel where you will feel completely at home. Rooms are very clean, pool is the largest I have seen so far in kefalos. The hotel itself is on the main strip on kefalos and the beach is literally seconds away. We have been to this hotel several times over the past 4 years and have always... More
