Spend a week in the village last month as a family of four. Before booking the hotel, I read every single review and my standards ( which were kinda high) reached the critics. Yes, the hotel is remoted and a fifteen minutes drive to the nearest village but we already knew that. We took a day trip, but just for pleasure as the hotel offers everything, a lot of them by payment. It was spotlessly clean both our room and the public areas. Entertainment was good in general, kids didn't like some shows though. Food was good and varied. We preferred the Italian for lunch (especially for the food, not that much for the service) and really liked the Greek restaurant for evening. Barbeque was not of our liking, but this is just personal. We preferred to have dinner at the main restaurant in the evening, which offers three different kinds of buffets (one of them has a different theme every night and staff is dressed in special costumes too). Special thanks to Demetres from the bar (loved our little talks) and from the main restaurant Philip and Maria. She was always so helpful and with a big smile on her face. Would definitely go back one day.

All the good points to start ! Very friendly staff! Grounds and facilities well maintained! They hose down everything every morning You don’t need to get up very early to get 3 sun beds You can eat lunch in 3 locations: next to the the busy activity pool, the Italian(our favourite), or the Chinese! Or you can always use the snack bars! The evening shows are actually worth watching and fun, with great dancers, plus the the stadium is well laid out! The chocolate pancakes next to the activity pool are 😎 yummy! The large pool is 130 meters long with some powerful jets for a free hard massage! This is the better place to sunbathe! The sea activities which are extra are worth it, and Veronica and Chris were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the para gliding. Don’t inflate your rafts manually use the air supplied next to our favourite bar across from the Italian restaurant! The young women working at that bar is fantastic, and the chairs are comfortable! Bring you mask and snorkel as the sea is really nice with loads of fish, as people feed them in the morning! There is an app to download to book the a la Carte Restaurants, our favourite is the cook your own 🍖 BBQ, then the Greek one! Don’t order the steak go for the pork chop, my son order it but without sauce and with chips 🍟! The main restaurant has 3 areas check all three as they all serve some different dishes, the breakfast omelet guy in the middle one is very happy and always made me smile! Sorry forgot your name! If you eat supper at this restaurant go earlier as the food and chock will be best! You can change your beach towel every second day, the location is next to the Italian restaurant, from 10 am to 6 pm Small additions to make it a 5 star 1- add another drinks only bar during the day in the Greek restaurant at the end of the 130m pool where most of the adults hang out. Walking 160 meters around a pool to get a 🍺 is far! Yes there is a really friendly nice young man working his but off serving all of us but this is not ideal! 2- Italian restaurant in the evening service and food is disappointing, but lunch is good! They often forget to bring drinks even at lunch time. One person needs to be on full time drinks duty 3- gym needs to open earlier than 8 am plus needs a flat bench press and some more free weights, you have the room for it! 4- earliest I can get a cappuccino is 9 am in the bar above the main breakfast. I don’t like instant coffee ☕️, however it must save the hotel loads of money serving instant coffee at breakfast! 5- get rid of this long trouser rule for men at the restaurants in the evening please! The year is 2019 nice shorts are much more comfortable when it’s hot! I am writing this review on my last full day before going home, and yes I would definitely come back again!

This hotel is on the large side but it didn’t take us long to get used to the layout and find our way. For a family hotel it definitely needs more lifts. Queuing for the lift just to get to breakfast with a pushchair is draining! The hotel is kept very clean and the grounds are beautiful. Water park is an added bonus for the children. Food was good. Italian, Chinese and Greek restaurants were fab, tasty food and nice to be served at the table. Entertainment is ok. Some of the hotel entertainment staff were very welcoming, others couldn’t manage a smile. If there is one thing that makes this hotel stand out from the rest, it is the staff! Everyone is so friendly, from reception, to waiting and bar staff. We spent our days by the relax pool as it is much calmer there. The bar server, Stella, was fantastic. She couldn’t do enough for everyone and would always check if we needed anything. She kept the pool area spotlessly clean and worked so hard, always with a smile! I hope her manager sees this and gives her the praise she truly deserves.

Stayed here in May for 2 weeks with my wife and two children (4&5) in a family 2 bedroom. Room was fantastic with great views and very clean. Food was excellent and i would advise to book to restaurants as we never had a bad experience. The Chinese evening meal was our favorite. Staff were great and evening entertainment was enjoyable. Hope to return next year

So here is my review for our first visit. We flew out 18th June for 2 weeks with our 2 girls and my parents, we had both booked swim up rooms and luckily our request to be near each other happened to be next door lol. The rooms etc were cleaned daily and spotless. Our swim up room was amazing and would 100% book that room again. The men who drive the buggy’s, my daughters loved them they interacted and played games with them. The food seemed to be the same every night but we didn’t mind, we did go to the Italian a la carte and thought that was really good. Men wearing trousers at night I completely understand but I think women should have some sort of dress code, knee length shorts/dresses etc the amount of women walking around with shorts up their arse was unreal. Also didn’t like how they hover around the table waiting for you to put your fork down so they can move your plate within seconds. Felt like I had to always keep hold of my fork to enjoy my meal lol. The entertainment team are just amazing, they work day and night, talk to guests, entertain the kids constantly. My kids tend to us the TUI club but never once went there and preferred the hotels own. Some of the shows they are given to do aren’t the best and my kids didn’t understand like broadway etc but they perform it amazingly!! The Greek night on a Tuesday which isn’t by the animation team is absolutely shocking lol I’ve never felt so bored in my life. We hired a car from Dimitris Rent A Car was so quick and easy to do, we went into Kos town for the day which was nice. Animation team which my kids absolutely loved Nicki Sleeman Aymen Nemo (George Clooney) Deirdre Murray-Wallace oh and not forgetting the clap man lol he is hilarious and so much energy I personally don’t think I would stay at this hotel again and did prefer FL Aegean Blue in Rhodes but it’s each to their own. I’ve put a few pics at the bottom of our experience
