We stayed ad ikos aria for 5 nights, we were invited for my moms 60th. From begining to the end everything was wonderfull. It is hard to give a better level of service than what they give you here. I would say a point for improvement would be that the staff should ask you less often if everything is according to your wishes, but even that was under control in this hotel. We had our 10month old daughter with us, I can tell you she never ate so much and so good 😊 And Yannis, if I am ever opening a bar, I will come and get you to run it. Amazing the way you have the bar under control.

Just returned from the ikos Aria in Kefalos, this was our 4th visit and it’s still as outstanding as our 1st visit in 2019, we’ve already booked up to return there twice in 2023. This is by a long way the best Hotel we ever stayed at. Everything about it exudes quality, from the modern comfortable bedrooms, the landscaped gardens, excellent pools, superb restaurants and views that are second to none. The ikos hotel group are renowned for the quality and service they provide with several of there hotels being in the top 25 of all inclusive luxury hotels in the world and it’s easy to see why this is the case. To be honest I haven’t tried one of there other hotels in Greece, corfu or Andalusia in Spain as it’s difficult to imagine them being any better than Aria, in fact it’s possible that the only reason several of there other hotels top the polls of best all inclusive hotels in the world is probably because they’ve been open longer and have thus received more reviews. Thank you to all the staff for an absolutely 1st rate customer focused service, it was great to see some of the same staff from the past few years still making the holiday so special for us, a special mention to Isik, Oumitt and Vasili from the beach pool bar, and Anna, Olga and Stavoros of Flavours for making breakfasts and lunchtimes such a pleasure and finally Antonio the manager of Ouzo who always puts a smile on your face and makes everyone feel special. Looking forward to seeing you all next year.

Having visited several of the Ikos Resorts the 5 star service they provide is nothing short of brilliant…..From arriving in our private transfer, nothing is too much trouble for staff here, their aim is to make your holiday memorable from start to finish….the food, the service and the attentive staff make this possible ! Wine tasting, mini hire, water sports - there is nothing that they do not provide. Buffet in flavours or Al a carte in any of the additional 7 restaurants is not to be missed as is the dine out option…..the choice is yours - all the staff are fabulous but you can’t help but have favourites - special thanks to Martin & Cristos in the main lobby, Michaelos on the beach service and pool area, Nina and Ioanna in the Asian restaurant. Manager of Fresco, Stephanos went out of his way to make our visit special. Ladies and gents on reception are very accommodating and will help and assist every single time. I applaud you all. Thank you Ikos - until next time, you have given us some wonderful memories. Cannot wait to try Porto Pedro in Portugal when it opens 😀

Ikos Aria is a wonderful spot to escape the busy live and to find a perfect surrounding within beautiful environment. The service at the beach is excellent and you will miss nothing. All employees in the hotel are extremely friendly and try to fulfill all your wishes. Several restaurants provide wonderful and tasty food the whole day. The rooms were outstanding, the whole area is very clean and you can spot that everything is maintained with love. Our first impression was to be in the middle of a Caribbean commercial spot. Before I start the review I want to give a special mention to some people who made the trip extra special; Achilles who is supervisor at the Deluxe Pool was exceptional. He runs a fantastic and well organised operation and along with his team, provided amongst the best pool service I’ve experienced. I hope IKOS recognises his hard work. Thanks to his team, Lazaros, Anastasia, Panagiotis and beach buddy Ibrachim. Our days spent at the Deluxe Pool were the highlight of our holiday. Athina, the sommelier is an asset to the hotel. She ran a really enjoyable wine tasting experience and was subsequently available across the restaurants advising us on the best options each night. Elsewhere in the resort, as may have already been mentioned, there were some issues with regards to drink orders not being taken, then not arriving, staff not knowing the menus etc. but totally understand post pandemic, recruitment has been tough and I have no doubt IKOS will iron out these issues in time. On the whole, our trip was so enjoyable and none of us wanted to leave. We stayed at Olivia last year, and are looking forward to trying Oceania, Dassia and Porto Petro (opening in Majorca) next year. Having been to Olivia, it might be useful for people to know that it beats Aria in terms of restaurant and bar atmosphere. Three of the restaurants and one of the bars at Olivia are beachside, and it’s amazing to hear the waves and watch the sunset as you eat and drink. We often felt Aria was quite disconnected from the sea. Even many of the infinity pools at Aria bizarrely have buildings in front of them. Some odd architectural design choices. However, being the bigger hotel, Aria has more restaurant choices and the rooms and decor is better/newer than Olivia. One final thing I’d like to mention is that I feel it’s unnecessary for staff to be wearing masks outdoors. (Personally I don’t see the need indoors but understand Greek laws haven’t changed yet). It doesn’t seem fair to have pool staff, lifeguards and waiters working really long days in the sun wearing them. If it’s to “make customers feel safe” then that’s not a good enough reason, because it’s ridiculous. I hope this is something IKOS reconsiders :)

Food is outstanding in all the restaurants. With two young kids we love that it is a la carte breakfast & lunch, the restaurants are amazing. In terms of food & drink, you simply cannot go wrong. We travelled together with another family but even if it’s just your family going there are so many activities for the kids! Including a splash park and a great playground. The best has to be the staff, they are so friendly- this hotel clearly only recruit the best the whole team make all of the guests feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and they will all go out of their way to ensure the kids are taken care of. We love how the team looked after our family. We are very much looking forward to our visit again this year. Thank you to our agent at BushHillTravel who again never let us down with this wonderful recommendation 02083506018 george@bushhilltravel.co.uk

We have just returned from a seven day stay at Ikos Aria. We previously visited in May 2019 and our second visit was just as perfect as our first. The grounds and gardens are beautiful and now in full flower, the weather was hot and sunny, although a bit windy on some afternoons. The swimming pools are heated so no need to use the indoor pool. The sea was also pleasant enough to enjoy a swim. We took a pedalo out to visit the island. Tip: Take beach shoes if you plan visit the island chapel as bare feet not recommended! We also took advantage of the Mini experience and visited Plaka forest to see the peacocks and the salt lake (Tingaki) to see the flamingos. We enjoyed all the restaurants, especially lunch at Ouzo by the beach. Our room was spacious with very comfortable outside seating and mini bar refreshed daily. The maid service was exceptional (towels changed twice a day, and turn down service). Special thanks must go to Margaret, Guest Relations Manager, who made our stay so brilliant, but all the staff, too many to mention, are very friendly and will do all they can to enhance your stay. We'll be back!

We stayed for 1 week in a Deluxe room at this fantastic hotel. The quality of the location, by which I mean the grounds, pools, bars, rooms is exceptional, and makes for a very enjoyable stay! If your goal is relaxation - look no further, the staff do their utmost to look after their guests every need! But alternatively, if you seek more activity, that is catered for by the watersports available/ sports/ bikes etc. Whilst the resort itself is fantastic, special mention must go to the staff who are without exception a credit to the Resort. From the spectacular backdrop to the Ouzo restaurant (manager Antonios is awesome!) to the numerous pools, restaurants and bars - I would highly recommend Ikos Aria and would love to visit again!

It was a couple holiday and let me just say it was amazing! This hotel is something else! Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best holiday expierence ever! Super friendly, super helpful, very efficient! Right from the arrival all the way to the end of our stay it was great! Dimitris and Konstantinos at the reception, Yannis, Fabio and Christos at the bar, Christina and Joanna! Martin was super too! While staying at the beach pretty much every single day we were treated so well and asked if we needed anything every 15min, just amazing! Kiki and Chris were so good! All the facilities within the hotel are superb! Gym, spa, bars! Plenty of swimming pools to choose from. Beautiful beach, well looked after. So many different restaurants to choose from! Delicious food! Room service was very good too! I highly recommend this hotel as it was one of the best ones we ever stayed at! Right people in right places made it all a fantastic holiday for us to enjoy! Can’t wait to come back!
