Over the years we have stayed in > 40 paradors. This parador is quite beautiful, beautifully restored and has quite a good restaurant. Our suite was beautiful, the price for the quality was very reasonable and the location in town is perfect for exploring the royal gardens. Highly recommended. We plan to make detours on our regular trips to Spain... More

This is a very comfortable hotel. Spacious Rooms, nice and friendly service. Definitely a good choice for the Segovia area. The hotel is in a good condition. Not like some "paradores" that are a little warned out.

Parador is located close to the Royal Palace in the middle of lovely small town. Everything in the town looks nice and well maintained. A large free parking is in front of the Parador building. Staff was completely unfriendly, they can hardly say "Hola!" upon my arrival. The only words I heard upon check out are "Your PIN please". When... More

We have been to this wonderful Parador - back in 2014 and looked forward to returning again. It's set in a quiet location but not far from Segovia and an hours drive to Madrid. The building is comfortable, clean and quiet and located in a delightful town with lots to see - easy to walk around and the beautiful Royal... More

It shocked me that tripadivor did not even listed this nice hotel (part of the Parador Group). The town itself is interesting being the summer palace of the Spanish kings and friends. It is only 10min. away from Segovia but 1/3 of the price. English is not used much around and most visitors are locals (day trippers). Hotel is quite big... More

as a 4 star hotel excellent : as a Parador disappointing there are no charming or quirky features The room was excellent in terms of size but was bland. The staff were excellent... the breakfast which in Paradors is normally fantastic was average. They should make clear that even as a guest in the hotel you have to pay an... More

We stayed here for three nights. That’s our minimum stay in any Parador to get the feel of the Parador and surroundings. Our room was nice with a pleasant view and with excellent wi-fi. Parking is easy with ample free spaces in a public car park just outside the rear of the Parador and also with parking available in the... More

This is a fine example of the parador principle. Take a beautiful, historic building and convert it into an elegant hotel. The building in this case was a former royal palace and the conversion has been done with great taste and style. We did have some difficulty finding it, however, as the signage in the town leads you to the... More

We stayed 3 nights in mid-Sept. Pleasant staff , room with a great view over the surrounding countryside and excellent wi-fi. Parking is easy - lots of free spaces in a public car park just outside the hotel. The Parador is in great location on the edge of a small town. Breakfasts are excellent, and there were enough staff on... More

The parador is located in a very small town with little to do on an evening. Very few alternatives to eating in the Parador restaurant and unfortunately it is expensive and the service poor. It does not compare to the restaurant at Salamanca or Segovia where the staff are far more attentive and helpful. The breakfasts, as usual, were very... More
