This is an absolutely fab u lous little hotel near to the national park. Divine little infinity pool overlooking the plains - spectacular location. Can't recommend this small hotel enough. Rooms have a tented roof, terrace on the edge of the hillside and great bathrooms. Food is limited - 3 stock menu items: fish, chicken or beef with rice or salad - its good and servie is really friendly. We loved it even though we were kept awake by an African wedding a few hundred metres away - what can I say - they were having a great time and so we gave up tryingto sleep and went and watched. Staff were very apologetic in the morning - but they didn't need to be. It was an experience not to be missed.

Our lodge was so nicely decorated! I loved it! When you go to the pool you have a perfect outlook on Shimba Hills. Enjoyed the buffet, the staff members where very polite. Just a perfect place to relax after a game drive.

So far above expectations! Individual tent/rooms. We were in 'giraffe', with everything we could want including traditional towels to take to pool. The view from the room was amazing. A picture tells a 1000 words. Pictures put up by others are spot on. Infinity pool shares same view. Agree not the easiest to get in and out of! Food only average. Lovely touch, as came back from Safari, we had delicious (cinnamon and ginger) tea and biscuits

We had a game drive in Shimba Hills which as has been stated is not really worth doing but we then walked down to sheldrick falls which was brilliant though it’s a tough walk back 2.5km uphill! We stayed at Shimba Green for one night and we had the lion lodge which was great, huge bed, plenty of room, and a shower that was functional, the infinity pool was really well received after a hot days walking, and the view across the valley and elephant sanctuary was just incredible. The people are a real asset to this place with special thanks to Micheal who went out of his way to look after us. Asante

Lovely setting with beautiful views. "Tented" rooms which were amazing with lovely modern bathrooms. Small infinity pool with stunning view. Food great and freshly cooked. Gets a little chilly at night so would advise taking something warm, though they very kindly provide you with a blanket.
