Certificate of Excellence
Coco Palm in St. Lucia, an award-winning boutique hotel with classic Caribbean French Creole décor and modern amenities offers value without compromise. From the moment you arrive you’ll be impressed by our level of personal service and warm hospitality by our Saint Lucian owned and managed team. Equally impressive are our stylish rooms and suites, and the authentic Creole and international cuisine at KoKo Cabana Caribbean Bistro with Trinidadian Chef Richardson's specialty dishes along with newly introduced All Inclusive plan. Coco Beauty Clinic, gym and complimentary Wi-Fi along with being centrally located in the heart of Rodney Bay Village, just steps from the white sand Reduit Beach, shops, bars and casino, have made Coco Palm the preferred choice for business or pleasure and creating a strong repeat guest of Coco Club family and friends.

Good location. Well known by taxi drivers Rooms huge! Plenty of space for sharing two double beds in each room. Shower drain doesn’t drain water collects at feet, reported it and nothing happening ( this only seems to be a problem in the first room I was in) leave the tap to run a while so you get hot water, it takes time. Front desk staff ok. Ashton was extremely helpful. Varied friendliness and helpfulness from hotel staff it ranges from Do I look like I care to going the extra mile for your stay. Check out early so ordered breakfast to go, sandwich, yoghurt, fruit and juice. Asked the guy at the front desk if it was gluten free, he said he didn’t know and I should leave it if I was concerned, rather than simply check with the chef. It felt as though making a sandwich and communicating the contents was too much for them. It was a frustrating end to my stay. Kettle and tea in Rooms and TV, fan and air con and small balcony for garden view, standing space only. Gluten free bread provided on request. Gluten free pasta for dinner available. Dinner service is slow and food is average Poolside rooms are noisier and there’s no balcony. It’s expensive and not worth the money but relatively speaking when you see the competition it’s good value. When booking check with the hotel direct cos booking.com charged me an extra £40 a night. The hotel rate was cheaper. If I had the choice of staying somewhere else I would.

We returned to the coco palm resort with some trepidation having had such a wonderful holiday there 5 years ago. We needn't have worried St Lucia was just as great as we remembered and the coco palm is a great place to stay. Good food, friendly efficient staff and lovely clean and comfortable rooms, all close to the restaurants and facilities of Rodney Bay. We stayed for 3 weeks and it still was not long enough.

Pleasant staff, delicious food and cocktail drinks 🍹 (there was even surprise complimentary birthday cake and wine waiting in our room when we arrived!)The room and surrounding were very comfortable and clean. Excellent location and hassle free transfer to and from George F.L. Charles airport I wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend!

This resort was a good experience. Tge resort is located close to Rodney Bay, 10 mins walking. Also close to Rodney village, where there are many restaurants and shopping available. The resort is all inclusive but you can also choose the breakfast package only, which is what I did, give you an opportunity to try other restaurants. The menu is pretty much fixed daily for lunch and dinner with a few variations on Friday and Sunday. The building is 14 years old so you can see areas for repair and other maintenance. Most of the staff was helpful and provided to your needs. The GYM added a Thread Mill that was a welcome plus. I had a standard garden view room, which had adequate space for 2 adults and a child. The was ok. It was pretty much open with no doors, so the floor get very wet when you shower.
