We just returned from a week at the Bay Gardens Hotel. We would definitely return. It is a smaller resort. We were not all inclusive so we only had one meal at the resort which was good. The staff were friendly and dealt quickly with any minor issues we had. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to the beach but they also provide an hourly shuttle to their sister resort which is right on the beach and allows you to use their beach chairs. This is the perfect resort if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The rooms are nice and clean and the air conditioning and the wifi are good. There is always empty pool chairs around one of the 3 pools. It is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants and malls. While there we booked a private tour to go snorkelling with taxi driver Marius(758-584-0127) and would definitely recommend him. This is a nice, reasonably priced resort in a beautiful country.…

A very tired hotel in need of an upgrade. Not value for money. Very poor. The food was awful. Breakfast was ok but lunch dinner expensive and tasteless. Not a nice beach and has a very unsightly inflatable play area. Beach also very dangerous which is not mentioned to hotel guests. Several accidents occurred.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for over a month in October-November 2023 as part of their extended stay program. Unlike many hotels in St. Lucia, this one is locally-owned and you can certainly feel the difference. The staff is super friendly and very hard-working. We stayed in the Croton Suites with a ground-floor room facing one of the three pools which was great for kids. The room was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with basic cookware and dishes. When we asked for a kettle in addition to a coffee maker, we had a brand-new one delivered an hour later. The hotel is walking distance to the only real shopping mall on the island and three grocery stores. We did not have a meal plan at the hotel; rather the food court at the mall had great, affordable local food options and the grocery stores stocked most of what we needed. The gym at the hotel only has one working treadmill but you can access the gym at the Resort, which is either a 15 minute walk or free shuttle ride. The shuttle is not often on time but being on vacation, we didn't mind the +/- 5 minute delay. We spent a lot of time at the Resort where there are free kayaks, paddle-boards and waterpark use. Our son enjoyed the kids club, however it is only open limited hours and focused a lot on arts & crafts. It would be great to see some more sports or active options, especially for the boys. Thank you to all the staff for our wonderful Caribbean week. We were looked after and very well fed. The children loved finding all the wildlife in the garden. Spotless pools and competent bar staff.

I would not recommend booking this hotel for several reasons. The prices here are ridiculous! From the room prices all the way down to the food. The prices for the rooms are way too expensive for little to nothing in them. I had the superior king bedroom and even after finding out the actual money I spent on this room made things worst. Additionally, the staff especially the restaurant area has terrible customer service. Whenever you order room service the staff are literally screaming over the phone to ask another staff a question and then using terms such as “what?” as a means to seek clarification from a customer. Poor service and poor speaking. Furthermore, the staffs’ deportment, again especially the restaurant staff, needs to improve. Very very poor. Also, why were there numerous cats walking around the place???? This place is not worth booking it is is but way way too expensive. I ordered a burger and fries which costed me EC$85 which is a lot and on top that the presentation was very poor. Do better! I won’t be coming here again. …

Room very clean and all amenities available, tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom is clean but showing signs of wear and tear. The room next to me was being updated. You will find something to eat at breakfast, but there isn't much variety. The grounds are well maintained with a few inviting small pools doted around. The location is great being close to a shopping mall and several restaurants. My main gripe is the attitude of some members of staff, mainly at breakfast. Some are very nice and happy to make conversation whilst some clearly don't want to be there. Getting coffee was a work of art unless you knew who to ask

It was our wedding and and my husband asked the staff if they could order me some flowers as a surprise to leave in our room. We could not believe the amazing effort Tammy and Nathaniel went to and made it very special and creative. Using towels to create 2 swans and a heart woth flowers in the middle and a lovely bunch of flowers by the side. The customer service at this hotel is first class.

My experience was very good, the receptionist was very helpful, the breakfast, lunch and dinner were great, the location is excellent and the house keeping staff was very friendly, and the servers was very helpful

We had an amazing stay. No complains. Staffs was very very nice. Rooms were clean. Food was great. Check in was smooth. We will definitely be back for a longer period of time. Will also tell family and friends about this experience.

I always enjoy my stay at Bay Gardens Hotel. The hotel is very refreshing. However, just wish there were more amenities such as massage, night time entertainment etc. Nonetheless, the service is always awesome. I will be visiting again soon.
