The head security guard, skinny tall guy at the front gate, called me racist Chinese slurs. I’m not even Chinese. When asked about it, he actually wanted to have a physical altercation with me. Why hire racist people to represent your hotel.

It’s true the hotel is overrated. Infinity pool is small. Meals are of international cuisine but mostly repeated the entire day. Good thing they have the summer herb salad which I had 3 times my entire stay. The kids had a blast which is a plus but my senior mom seemed lazy going to and from the areas esp pool to our villa. We all love the jacuzzi and the fact it is viewed from our room was great. Overall we loved it. Great but not the best.

We had a very good time during my BFs first visit to PH. He enjoyed a lot. Had some issue with food, but the management made sure they handled the issue very well and we appreciate it. Will visit again next time. Best thing here is food (all 3 meals) is included in the reservation.

The accommodation villas are huge and cozy. Facilities are well maintained and staffs are friendly and very courteous. They have a mini zoo with camels, donkeys, zebra, etc. Zipline is also available with view of the whole resort.

Our group stayed in 2 pool access 2-bedroom villas for 3 days 2 nights. The villas are very spacious that our entire group can fit in one 2-bedroom villa. The villas are clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom has complete amenities. However, our villas are located where you need to use the stairs. We have 3 senior citizens with us and one is octogenarian who has difficulty climbing those stairs. Good things, kuya Rodel, the cabbie driver/bell boy exerted effort to make it less difficult for the senior citizens. The assistance he gave us very much appreciated. Thumbs up to you kuya Rodel. Further, I was expecting that since our room’s classification is “pool access villa”, we would really have an access to the pool. It only means that our villa is “nearer to the pool”. I asked the staff and they told me that the rooms with best accessible location (no stairs, nearer to the pool, restaurant and reception) are the deluxe rooms and 2bedroom villas w/ private jacuzzi. Since our stay includes full board meals, we ate in the restaurant during our entire stay. The food is okay. They have a good spread but sometimes they serve pretty much the same. There are times that you have to call the attention of the staff so they will replenish the food. The infinity pool is great. We had a good time swimming and just playing around there. I hope they add more lounger chairs and tables. The pool near the restaurant is smaller but it is also good. There is also a chapel, bakery and souvenir shop. There are a lot of instagram worthy spots where you could take your photos. Indeed it is a little santorini. During our 3-day stay, it becomes pretty boring on the afternoon of second day as there is no other activity aside from swimming in the pool. There is a zoo near the resort but there are still a few animals (horse, Lama, pony, camel & zebra). There is also a zip line but they don’t allow kids below 10years old and this is a big disappointment to my 7 year old daughter who looked forward trying their zip line. There is also a play room but when we went to check it out, it has a few toys. It seems not be well taken cared of. If you want to go to the beach, they offer a free shuttle to vitalis white sands which is a beach front property. But we did not enjoy our time there. Vitalis white sands seems not be be well maintained. Beach area is not clean so we did not try swimming. Our kids just used their swimming pool. Aside from that, there is no more activity offered. Overall our stay is good but maybe a 1 night stay is enough.
