Kedem Family Estate Vineyards- In the center of the Golan Heights, the Kedem Family made their dream come true and built ASSAF Wine Village, an Agriturismo venture including the winery, wine barrels' room, winery court, café Adika and hosting cabins. ASSAF winery produces 55,000 bottles annually, all made of our self-harvested family vineyards' grapes. Right off 91 road, an open gate to the Golan Heights, Kedem Family built the winery featuring visitors' cents, family café and hosting cabins in the heart of the Golan region. The cabins- The spacious cabins, in the middle of the peaceful and wild nature are looking over the breathtaking view of the Golan Heights. The cabins were built and designed by the Kedem family, offering infinite peace and serenity. Couples staying at the cabins enjoy guided wine tasting, a tapas meal, goat cheese platter, breakfast, a guided tour of the winery, fine delicatessen by Adika Café and, on top of all, unlimited experience of ASSAF wines.

We came for the weekend for a celebration, and it was perfect!! The staff is very very nice, the food is home-made with so much attention to details and special dishes.
All of the experience was super positive and they made us feel that they care for our experince.
We drank wine as much as we wanted and tasted all their wine collection to the fullest.

We spent our weekend in this magical place. Romantic cabins, amazing hospitality (each one of the team members) delicious food and wine, without any limit and with considering our food allergies.
Thank you for everything, we’ll definitely come back!!

The overall experience was a magic!
The great combination of wonderful dishes, with tasting many types of great wine, poured generously, was overwhelming, a pure pleasure of all senses.
The lovely winery balcony allowed a secluded feeling of beauty and calmness.
Highly recommended, great value for money!

A wonderful experience of wine, food and hospitality. Every detail taken care of from beginning to end - our hut was luxurious and spacious with amazing views to the sunset (number 3), the staff are incredible and knowledgeable, always with a big smile and very service oriented. Thanks a lot Karen for an unforgettable tour, and the lovely Tom for handling the restaurant floor like a pro. We will definitely return! Worth every $.

Our visit to Assaf Winery was absolutely perfect! Above and beyond all expectations!!
The place is peaceful and beautiful, the staff is super friendly and the wine is absolutely great. Do not miss the wine tour, instructed by the lovely Karen, and the incredible lunch that followed, which was accompanied by endless refills of our wine glasses... The cabins are clean and beautiful, the beds are comfort and the large shower was a special treat :)
we would defiantly be back to stay at Assaf Winery.

It was our second time to take a vacation is Assaf’s cabins. My wife and I know the winery from before it moved to its current location and long before the cabins were built. The wine is at the top line of wineries in Israel and it’s for me a special pleasure to take a vacation at the place of its making. Assaf, the winemaker, and now also his son Oren, make wines that have consistent quality year over year on one hand and are changing and evolving (even adding new grape varieties) on the other. So naturally when we got in, after parking the car, the first thing we got was a glass of wine that kept coming throughout our stay. We actually tasted the new wine that was bottled just few weeks before as well as aged top of the line wine of the winery. Certainly we bought some home.
The cabins are very comfortable. That said, luxuries like Jacuzzi, pool, sauna or gym are not part of the place. The location is perfect to tour the Golan Heights. Most of the day we did that. In the morning cows are roaming freely next to the village borders and everything is peaceful and quiet. Excellent breakfast in Adika Cafe on location, tapas plate for lunch and cheese plate in the cabin in the evening.
Bottom line for us it’s a place to return again and we recommend.

Relaxed winery setting with a relaxed service. None of the 5 wines we tried are worth mentioning. They also have a restaurant and a coffee shop. On the day we showed up the restaurant was limited on food. Would not recommend.

Dear Sir Thank you for visiting us. The Kedem Wine village is a family business , held by us -7 of the Kedem Family. We always do our best to give the most when it comes to hosting our visitors. Many of our costumers choose to visit and enjoy “Assaf” wines again and again. There are plenty of other wonderful wineries in Israel. Hopefully, you will find the right one for you. Karen.
