Killiecrankie Hotel was the last place we chose to rest our heads after a week touring Scotland and The Isle of Skye and it couldn't have been a better end to the trip. From the moment of booking to the wave good bye as we left, Henrietta the wonderful owner, Callum the manager and all the staff made us feel... More

We had the most wonderful stay at Killiecrankie. It was our wedding night and they made it extra special with hugely personal service for us. The rooms are comfortable, the staff were excellent and the food, delicious. The garden is beautiful with many of the ingredients grown on site :) Would hugely recommend.

DB&B at Killiecrankie is hard to fault; in fact I have nothing negative to say about this place at all - quite an achievement! It is possibly THE best small hotel I've experienced in the area, and I know this area very well. Accommodation, food, and service, are all excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed, so you feel very much at-home... More

Lovely place to stay in every way. Cosy rooms (room 3, one of the singles, especially), good food, fun friendly staff, pretty gardens. Beanie, the hotel dog, is an added highlight. Henrietta makes everyone welcome and has created a hotel which feels both incredibly well-ordered but really informal and fun to stay at.

We have often stopped at Killiecrankie on our way from London to the Highlands for a quick lunch and a pit stop, but we decided we liked the hotel so much, we would make a night of it on our last trip north. We were not disappointed! We had our 6 month old and two and half year old and... More

We received a great welcome from Henrietta and were shown to a lovely spacious room overlooking the vast garden. Theatre tickets were booked and a taxi arranged together with a special early meal-time so as not to miss the performance. Food, ambience and service were all excellent including the pet dog.

The hotel is located in its own extensive gardens and is essentially a country house hotel- Traditional Scottish hospitality and superb food made our stay. Dry pleasant Dog friendly in every way and some nice touches that give the venue a unique perspective . Coffee lovers delight in that filter coffee is available in the bedrooms - something that I... We enjoyed every aspect of this quiet classy hotel. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the service very friendly and attentive and the food excellent. The grounds are splendid. Walks in the surrounding area were really pleasant.

This was our first stop on a short touring holiday in Scotland and definitely the best. We stayed three nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. The booking process was easy and at the time we booked Henrietta, the owner, also booked tickets for us on one of our nights for the splendid Pitlochry Festival theatre. The location is... More
