Thank you so much for writing such a kind review - I am really glad you enjoyed you visit to us (I believe you came hot-foot from the Royal Highland Show). The interesting Gin and Tonic selection is what happens when the owner goes to a Gin Seminar!! Come and try some more soon. It makes a refreshing change from... More

Stopped here for dinner while travelling. After a few recent disasters when ordering steak, the fillet steak here was superb! Nice bit of beef, cooked to perfection and just melt in the mouth texture. Add a great smoked salmon starter and some fresh berries to finish and you have superb meal. Smooth, unobtrusive service made the whole meal a pleasure.... More

You mentioned your recent experiences just as your fillet steaks were put in front of you. Never has a restaurateur felt such pressure and I am so glad they measured up! Call in again, next time you are travelling past - With good wishes from all of us Henrietta More

My wife and I have traveled all around the world and she suggested that this may be the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed at. While I may not go that far, we have simply been too many very nice places, certainly this is near the top. Everything is done flawlessly. The setting is gorgeous, the people are... More

Well, thank you! It's so kind of you to write such positive things about your stay and we really enjoyed having you both visit us. This is a lovely country hotel with very comfortable rooms, beautiful gardens, and excellent food. All the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The location between Pitlochry and the village of Killiecrankie is ideal for exploring this lovely part of Scotland. There really is nothing that could be improved on - even the owner's dog was delightful! The highlight though... More

After researching hotels in the area, we initially chose this one for the ideal location. This is ideally located if you are travelling up to the north of Scotland as we were, and want to break the journey.
