1. It was available through BMO Rewards – I figured they had minimum standards; I’m tempted to find out if they do. 2. A Trip Advisor rating of 4 stars, inside the BMO Rewards control panel.   Even though there was a “no cancellation policy” (i.e. no refund through BMO) had I arrived earlier than 11 pm, I would’ve found... We were in town for a wedding and stayed at Leelas Villa Inn .. being my first "motel" stay I was pleasantly surprised. The guest rooms have all been recently updated with new flooring, furnishings and beds. The room was surprisingly quiet and temperature was good. The Restaurant that is operated by the owners was great - lots of selections... More

We stayed over night for a hike the next day. The room looked well maintained and clean. Cost was reasonable. I would also recommend the attached family run restaurant. A little noisy from the long weekend traffic on the road but it quieted down in the evening.

Nice little clean motel that's about 40 minutes from Collingwood. They have a lovely little restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is not included, but it's reasonable. For a diet Pepsi, 2 scrambled eggs and a delicious blueberry pancake it only cost $7! The Flying Spatula and The Bicycle Cafe are lovely places within a 5 to 10 mins drive... More

Loved every moment of our stay. Upon check-in, the owner was hospitable and super helpful. Room was clean with parking outside the door. Modern rooms. Basic but had fridge and microwave. The value coincided with the price paid. Restaurant was great for lunch with large portions. Walking distance to downtown where there are great options for food as well. Super... More

Once called Knights Inn now Leelas Village Inn. The ownership hasn't changed, nor has the great food and good service. I usually have breakfast there on Wednesday mornings with a group of friends. Mr. P the manage provides friendly service with quality food. The breakfast menu is quite varied and items can be customized if you wish. Included is bottomless... More

I travel all over Ontario and have stayed at many, many Hotels/Motels/ B and B's. This place certainly has put a spin on the sentence, "making up the room" I returned at 1.20 pm to find the room still not cleaned. I inquired and was told it would be done ASAP. It was, in less than five minutes. It consisted... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Like everything vibrant, the profession of hospitality is also evolving all the time. To keep pace with, and enhance our presence in the hospitality world, in June 2009 we joined Knights Inn Franchise. Our association was fruitful and we cherish the wonderful experience. Together we crossed numerous landmarks and were gracefully awarded in various forums. - Property of the Year, Best Overall Customer Satisfaction, and multiple Quality Assurance Awards -to name a few. Though fulfilling the experience with the franchise, it had its drawbacks as well. The profession of hospitality is very relationship oriented hence requires a more individualistic approach and flexibility than the inherent rigidity of a corporate structure will allow for. The guests we serve, the area we cater has its uniqueness and has to be appreciated in its unique way. Leela's Villa Inn is a leap in that Direction. Leela's Villa Inn, is for breaking away from monotony of franchise, embrace creativity, and giving wings to our imagination. Leela, my mother, was a source of inspiration for us and her blessings we seek at this moment. And we welcome you at Leela's Villa Inn to join us in our journey ahead. Leela's Villa Inn is located in Flesherton on Highway 10, about 10 minutes from the Beaver Valley. The area is known for its great cross-country and downhill skiing, canoeing, biking and fishing. Located near many natural attractions such as the Bruce Trail, Kolapore Uplands, Saugeen River, Eugenia Falls and the Beaver Valley, the town of Flesherton - a Proud Part of Grey Highlands also has several fine art and craft galleries and studios, and interesting historic architecture. Whether you are a boater, a golfer, a skier, or a mountain biker it is all right here just minutes from our door. Flesherton - Truly A Reason For Every Season ... more   less
