This hotel was used recently while having a family member in Emory Hospital, Midtown. It was convenient to the I-85 and was easy go get to. I must say the staff from the GM to the breakfast lady were extremely friendly and helpful. They talked to us, asked if we needed any help…
Small rooms. LOUD highway noise. WiFi would present me the login page. Housekeeping trying to come in my room at 8am. No utensils readily available during breakfast. Soured orange juice. No hot sauce to be found. Coffee container empty. Just a mess.
Terrible! Not clean. No water on the 4th floor at 10:00 p.m.where our room was. Called down, and was told it would be investigated. At 10:30 p.m. we were told we could come down to the lobby and use the toilets there, or we could change our room, did not know what the problem…
Off-rush hour, it's 10 minutes from downtown Decatur, meaning that it's close to lots of food choices, shopping, etc. Exceptionally clean main room and bathroom. Newer linens for bed and bath. Bed was medium firm. Breakfast buffet was average. There's no room for setting a plate…
Not a top notch hotel but very friendly and supportive staffs and environment. Very easy access from I-85 and the international restaurants area in 5 minutes away. Some sites mentioned of swimming pool but this is not the case.
"No suggestions. Will not be going back to this particular location."
"Ask for room away from I-85"
"Away from the highway was nice and quiet."
"stay at the rooms that are far from the from front. I stayed at 128"
"Check other properties first. Perhaps goes one exit up to North Druid Hills."
