Detailed Reviews
Our favourite camping in Greece friendly welcome the whole family can’t do enough to make your stay a happy one. Freshly cooked food everyday and such a peaceful location and the Gulf of Corinth a few steps away. Everywhere is kept very clean and there are plenty of walks and cycle rides in the mountains close by and the town with a good selection of shops and services is a short cycle away. We love it here and try to visit every year even though it’s a long drive from the U.K. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent campsite: pebble beach with very beautiful sea, proximity to the town, fair price. Restrooms a little dated but still clean. Tavern offering few dishes, but different day by day and always with fresh ingredients. A special greeting to our Furry Friend (see photo) who kept us company for 4 days continuously (and God forbid given the delicacies he received)... Keep up the good work!

I have visited this campsite twice with completely different needs each time and I have the best impressions. It is perfect both for relaxing on the beach and for keeping the little ones active for the whole day. The food is excellent - you don't have to drive for a good dinner. Long-term guests help you quickly get into the holiday spirit - the authentic Greek style one mostly common a few decades ago.

You can park your MotorHome almost on the beach with the mountains behind you and enjoy this buzzy campsite with its lovely Taverna at the centre with serves new fresh dishes each day. They have a nice small shop with sells local produce and wine and a very special jam. Facilities are kept very clean by the owners Manolis and Toula and their children who welcome you as part of the family for your stay. There are good cycle rides and walks in the mountains or along the beach and the crystal clear waters for swimming and snorkelling. One of our favourites campsites in the world and we try and visit once a year.

A very well maintained campsite right by the pebble shore of the Gulf of Corinth. Convenient for Athens-Corinth-Patras highway (Akrata exit) and for Patras ferries. The helpful English-speaking resident owners, Manolis and Toula, care for the site and their guests. Small restaurant/bar and shop. Excellent modern toilets and showers, laundry with sinks and washing machine, plentiful hot water. Free WiFi throughout the site. Good touring pitches with sea view. The tidiness and cleanliness of the site stand out compared with most Greek campgrounds.

As I cannot reply to a reply on Google, I will continue here: No idea who camped outside your fence. After your warm welcome, I found my accommodation far enough from your establishment. Sincerely, JV

We spent a couple of days here on our journey to the Cyclade islands and thoroughly enjoyed it. The campsite has direct access to the beach (pebbles) and our van was parked up by the fence adjoining the beach and so it was just a few steps to go for an early morning swim! The shower and toilet facilities were very good, there was free wifi and the on-site restaurant was excellent value. Last, but not least, the owners are lovely, very helpful and friendly.

Having trouble tearing myself away to visit other parts of Greece. Really good fresh food cooked daily. Swimming in clear waters on the beach direct from the site. Very good facilities. Helpful owners who speak good English. Just feels really nice being here.

This site is wonderful and opens directly onto the beach, which has some of the clearest water anywhere. It has been open since 1975, but the owner, is undertaking a programme of modernisation which, so far, is excellent. The owner and his wife are friendly and make you very welcome.
Opening directly onto the beach, All the pitches are hard standing and have hookup. There are several drinking water supply points, and there are two washing up,facilities and a lovely washroom/wc block, as well as separate wc’s by the restaurant. The restaurant is lovely and has the most fabulous, relaxing atmosphere. There is free WiFi across the site, and should you choose to walk to Akrata, its 10 minutes along the beach.
We ADORE this site and we will be back.
