We also visited the restaurant for dinner. If you order something normal and ask for some details about the food, I'll laugh at you,,probably just waiting to order champagne,,Only the name remained of that place
High quality accommodation situated very close to main party attractions. Elegant rooms with automation & amazing area around the pool, which is well positioned (to ensure privacy). Great breakfast selection, by far the best in Mamaia.
The accommodation itself is nice, the room is spacious, clean and modern. The restaurant has a good selection and is also good. We stayed from Saturday till Wednesday and there was a huge party until late at night happening on Saturday. We could not sleep, only at some point with earplugs. Still the bass was whooping. At the next day we asked the receptionist if this is a regular thing. She answered it will not happen again, it is because of a club next door. The next day was fine, still some music outside, but while windows closed it was fine. Monday night there was a big party again, this time a wedding party in the Hotel. Again music until late at night, again a night to sleep with ear plugs. The guests were screaming after each song. Next day we went to the reception to ask for compensation. Shortly after we received a no show email. We suspect to receive no review from the booking platform. This is not acceptable for a staying guest who has paid already before arrival. For the noise complaint we received a complementary dinner, but in my opinion the rates are not worth for the stay. This accommodation is for sure not a place you want go to relax to, The parties and music non stop on the beach, made this experience more like a party vacation, that we did not want to participate in. Regarding Covid. Somehow it is only mandatory to wear a mask via breakfast time, after that time masks are not needed anymore. At least no one of the staff nor the guests were wearing them.…
Very good hotel on a fantastic location. The reception and Housekeeping staff were very attentive. Restaurant serving very good breakfast and food all day in general. Maybe wine menu a bit pricey but good selection. The beach staff also very good and attentive.
the owner's boy stays in the hotel all day and yells at the employees, an aspect that makes you feel in a factory with glories. on days when the hotel does not have enough customers, the quality of services decreases. the water in the pool is no longer heated, breakfast is a la carte, with limited possibilities and old bread in the bag. avoid this hotel because you will be very very disappointed. outside is the fence, inside is the leopard. the hotel is not for the families. nobody wear masks in the hotel.
Booked 2 rooms, cheked in by 12:00 o clock and by evening one room was already given to "third known parties" . The receptionist gave us the option of accepting a lower level room facing a construction. Nice view ! Hope it worthed for the reputation. Gipses! A lot of figures, no style!
Rooms are updated and well decorated with our suite having two bathrooms (not sure why there are two) with one having a toilet and shower and the second a toilet and bathtub. I would not recommend the suites since they are located on the first level above the lobby and everyone from the breakfast area, pool area and beach can see inside your room, especially at night. Either get a deluxe room with Sea view or spend A LOT more for a sky suite which are on the top floor and are exactly like the first floor suites in terms of room size and amenities. The breakfast was good but lacking some options. They had about 5 or 6 types of scrambled eggs (with cheese, onions, bacon, simple, etc.) but no fried or poached eggs. Also the fruits looked old. But other wise we had what to eat. The breakfast seating area is very nice and updated as well as the pool area. The beach area is where this hotel shines. The beach staff are extremely polite and friendly as well as very helpful. The beach bar has lots of food/drink options as well. Overall I will be staying here again when I come to Mamaia. …
The problem with brand new hotels is that usually they do lack of something. And this hotel had the least able front desk I've ever seen. This girl was just pain in the but, incapable of thinking a thing. What is the use of great rooms, if your staff could ruin it all. Also, I've never seen hotel with only dbl beds.
It was a great hotel, everything was really good! Friendly staff, goof food, close to the beach as the WI-FI, they were all great! I would recommend it to everyone looking for a vacation with the family! You won’t regret it :D
I've spent a week at Opera in August. The hotel is clean, the view is gorgeous, wish I could continue my review only pointing out positive things. Unfortunately a lot of improvement is needed, their restaurant is a joke(the staff is so unprepared). The loud noise/music is almost 24/7 on,not a chance to relax and recharge there, neither in the room, nor on the beach.
