So since my last review Crowne Plaza has up graded their WiFi. Now if you are an IHG member you use you member number to login instead of a card from the front desk. The WiFi it self has been upgrade, more reliability and faster speeds. I can stream movies now with no buffering. Well done Crowne Plaza!

A bizarre place, with a used-to-be grand open lobby, loud and ineffective room temperature control, gorgeous sweeping mural behind the reception desk, unfathomable lighting controls in the guest rooms, embarrassingly-bad seventh-floor, "executive" lounge, and strange room layout.

Dear CaseyfromBoston, I would like to thank you for choosing to stay with us and going out of your way to leave you thoughts. I'm happy with your appreciation of our murals at our reception area. On the other hand, I'm sorry to know that our hotel aesthetics and executive lounge are not up to par with your standards. It...

I stayed at this hotel the week of February 13th 2017 as I was visiting a client in the area. The hotel has a grand lobby with a central area that is open all the way up to the glass roof. This allows a tremendous amount of light in the lobby and lobby bar throughout the day. The staff is...

For business, I was for 4 days in Mexico City, North-Tlalnepantla, and stays for 3 nights at Crowne Plaza. Ik was surprise by the hotel. The room was large and clean. Beds are really good, nice equipment for bath room. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and tasty. I really appreciate the help of the bell boy, he is really a...

Do not let the CP brand fool you!! Don't bother paying for Club access, you won't get it and you'll end up paying for your breakfast & drinks anyway! Management could benefit from some training on how to deal with people, I thought that in the service industry that maybe should be a prerequisite.....how wrong could I be? Do yourself...

If you need to be in this part of Mexico City the Crown Plaza is acceptable. Nothing special. Decent views from the upper floors (though nothing super interesting to see). Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. Trip back to the airport outside rush hour is fairly quick.

I stayed three nights for business. The entrance is on a busy street with hardly enough space to pull in with your car. It's more like a sidewalk corner with a ramp built in which was not too wide, as I realized pulling out one day and banging down hard from the sidewalk to merge into the busy street. That...

As with most modern hotels, it lacks areas where people who are alone can interact with other lone travellers. The Lobby Lounge is comfortable but unwelcoming and some of the staff only smile when they have wind. The lobby area regularly has cold draughts blowing around. The rooms are spacious and quite pleasant, but cold. Breakfast selection is more than...

my wife and I moved to this hotel from the Hilton to join her group that was in Mexico for a conference. First off, the location is pretty much in the middle of no where, it is quite quiet, if not or the nearby mall, I would say this place is quite isolated. Nevertheless it wouldn't be so bad if...

I've been staying at this hotel for almost 4 months off and on. The hotel has been remodeling and they keep the noise down. I moved from a regular room to a jr suite. The regular is OK but I was having problems with the internet. Now the jr suite was just a little more for me and I had...
