Where to begin? what a great decision we made when we booked to stay here, this made our holiday due to the friendliness of the family and the care they exuded to their guests. The previous comments were certainly very helpful and they are so right!!! Just pleasant and relaxing, whether having breakfast or reading by the pool taking in the energy of the greek culture. The rooms are actually a 2 storey terrace with large sitting room downstairs and bedroom upstairs, balconies off both and 2 toilets - spotless and functional. only 5 of them, so be quick if you are thinking of choosing this place - book direct with them, it is far more personal and such value for money. thank you so much for everything - we can only hope that we will return in the near future - without a cough!!! fond memories of our stay. 5 min flat walk into the town of lavadi and 1/2 hr to the hora or town, uphill all the way.…

THE RESORT A series of pretty new, well managed, clean bungalows, within a beautiful and colourful garden. Small pool area with bar and tables for breakfast. ROOM We had a two-floors bungalos, with garden and terrace on the 1st floor. 2 bathrooms, completely furnished kitchen, garage (!), air-condition of course. Clean, pretty new bathrooms, new furniture, simple but functional. BREAKFAST Served breakfast, and what a breakfast it is: new treats every day, either sweet or salty, home-made marmalades, home-made cakes, omelette if you wanted, fruit, yoghurt. I think we skipped lunch every day because hunger didn't come until evening. THE STAFF Exceptionally friendly, smiling, willing to help. A very special mention to Iokasti: super-friendly, nice, warm, speaking several languages. We found Iokasti knows the island very well, trust her advice on beaches and restaurants. Also, for renting cars and motorbikes, just ask her and she'll organise everything for you. Special episode: one afternoon we came home and asked wether they had a bottle of Retsina ( a greek white wine). They said no, but they would organise one for the next day. One hour later, we were getting ready for dinner, "- knock-knock" at our door: they brought us the bottle of Retsina. - I've hardly found this kind of service anywhere while travelling for work or pleasure.…

A very good family hotel not many bungalows. Very friendly people you really feel like you are home, very clean, extent breakfast different kind of foods with local products as well, close to the sea.

If you prefer to have some privacy and the feeling being at your own place, your second home, you're here on the right place . The houses are beautiful decorated, everything looks and is very clean, all you need for properly cooking or even just to make a cup of tea or coffee is available and looks brand new . In the morning you will be surprised by the wonderful breakfast with fresh orange juice, local and home made products and fresh made specialties served with a big smile and special wishes will be fulfiled . We were many times in Astypalea and we will be continuing and looking forward for our next stay .Not to forget to mention the lovely pool . Much love to the wonderful team !

What can I say ! this is our third visit to this magical paradise called Mouras Resort. We can not speak more highly of this resort called Mouras, we would like to mention all the great team Iokasti, George, Nina, Maroula and Maira for making our 2 week vacation another memorable experience. From our welcome to our departure we felt as if we were at home and the hospitality was second to none. This resort keeps on getting better and better each time we return as nothing it to hard for these guys, do yourself a favor and book your next vacation here. Once again a very big thank you to all the team/family at Mouras and hopefully we will see you next year.

We've stayed at Mouras three times with the most recent in August this year for two weeks. We didn't think it was possible but this place just gets better and better. The rooms are fantastic, location is great, brilliant pool and the breakfast is amazing but most of all the staff are the kindest and friendliest people you will ever meet. Nothing is to much for them and you feel so welcome (special mention to EO who was simply amazing). We will be back again and again and again.

The best thing about Mouras Resort wasnt the rooms, even though they were the best I have stayed in whilst traveling. The best was the staff. They make you feel like family and the standard of customer service is outstanding. Best stay ive had on my 2 month holiday of Europe. I highly recommend for all types of tourists! Great location, great rooms and most importantly the air-con was perfect. Thank you friendly staff, we hope to return!

We arrived on the 23rd July and stayed for 10 glorious days on this amazing island. Mouras Studios is perfect ☺️! You will not find better. The staff are amazing, the apartments are spacious and comfortable. The best breakfast we have had by far. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, bus stop and supermarkets. Thank you to Maria and her wonderful staff. We will never forget you 😘

We had a good overall experience at this wonderful hotel. The villa was great, clean, spacious, fully equipment, with a big private garden and private parking. The service was excellent and especially the breakfast at the pool area, with good quality handmade products, served always with a big smile from the hosts. The location was also great, the beach was 4 min walking distance, with plenty cafes and restaurants. Generally, a great Island, great hotel and superb hospitality. Perfect value for money. We will come back.
