Beautiful secluded location away from the busy city. Very well thought of venue. Well groomed staff at the reception and the main restaurant. You could see being part of the international branding, decent amount of money is invested . A little expensive but the luxury is there! One of the cleanest pools I have ever been to. Clean rooms, Only surprise was the timing of the f and b outlets and Room service menu all cut off by 10 pm for such a luxurious venue. We were not lucky enough to try the venue Casino as it was all closed after the covid impact. Staff were very helpful and mailed by credit card to Pokhara as I left it at the hotel. Special thanks to Antima for all her help. We will be back and recommend this venue to everyone who wants luxury.

Visited this hotel for first time, trust me it was a wonderful experience. We booked the hotel through one of the sales girl ms thapa she was pretty decent in answering our queries as my wife and kids wants a good view hotel and she helped and welcome us at hotel entrance. The food was good there was no food spread in the brekfast we were told to order from menu . We will tell our friends and family to go to the hotel Tiger Place..

Excellent Property. Stunning view. Very supportive staff. The staff went out of their way to re-schedule my flight change arrangements. The property is clean and hygienic. The restaurant has good decor, great food and well served staff. We would like to offer our special thanks to Pawan, Sandeep and Sushmita. Out stay was very short at this property. It’s a huge place, with a fancy decor. The rooms are neat and clean, the check in was smooth, the food was basic. The negative part was that after 10 there is no staff, no in room dining or food available. Otherwise a good place in Lumbini

Loved this place so much, we extended a third day! Not too far from Lumbini, we actually loved the drive to Lumbini through the local roads. Very clean, spacious, friendly staffs, good service. Great for kids! Big, clean pool and spa., they even have a kids playground! We wish their menu was a bit more extended but the food overall was good. Casino was closed at this time. Would definitely come back to Bhairahawa for a weekend to stay here with my son!

Huge property...my trip was relaxing and was well taken care of! yes post covid there might be some shortcomings but overall stay was joyful! me and my family were treated great with lot of smiles!!! special thanks to Mr. Malla and Mr.Tamang in the F and B department. all my best wishes to the team of this amazing resort in the coming days. will be back definitely.
