We spend 2 days in Royal Safari Garden Hotel, we stayed in Girraffe with total 12 rooms. Hotel rooms are properly managed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast and Lunch are tasty and fresh, especially restauramt service by ibu Elisah, great. Thanks.

Royal safari garden is the perfect place to stay during pandemic with family. Because they have implemented health protocols very well. Upon arrival they check our body temperature, hand sanitizer everywhere, and they always sanitize anything after used. On arrival pak Dody Saputro greet me and family warmly. He help us to prepare the room key and explain all the facility. My kids really happy with Bird show, riding horse, Bombom car, and train. Memorable staycation. But I don't have time to enjoy the swimming pool. Will come back for sure

This hydroponic garden is Royal Safari Garden's quite literal hidden gem! Tucked away behind the Giraffe building, it's a good spot if you are looking for some peace and quiet or if you are interested in learning more about hydroponics. I visited with my family whose age ranges from 2-70 and we all had fun! The small ones were busy exploring the garden and harvesting the vegetables, while the older ones enjoyed a quick crash course on hydroponics from the knowledgeable & helpful Pak Ndang. The price is very reasonable, for 15K you would be able to harvest 250gr of vegetables. Tickets can be purchased at the game room, which is located between the Giraffe building & the water park.

The lobby was nice, but everything else were quite run down. We’re staying in the giraffe suites and it certainly does not have any resort feel to it. The room wasn’t that clean as I immediately spotted hairs on the floor the moment I walked in. Some sticker residues were also on the wall. Tiles in the bathroom and wall-in shower get very slippery when wet but there were no anti-slip mat. Showers at water park area has no hot water. Breakfast has good Indonesian food but don’t expect much for western fare. Housekeeping did not change our towels (and the hotel didn’t have any “water conservation” signage for those who know what I mean) and also did not wash/replace the used coffee cups we left in the kitchen sink, though a small soap was added beside that sink on the next day. Dropping a subtle hint, huh!?
Anyway, the BIGGEST problem so far: the walls here are PAPER-THIN and there were NO soundproofing. One tenant rings the door bell and the whole aisle can hear the sound. As a matter of fact, I am still in my room right now and I can hear every word when the lady next door yelled at her children. Last night there was also an event in the function hall right in front of my windows, and although reception said that event would be finished by 9pm, it didn’t end until 10pm. For a moment the apps on my phone registered a 70db noise coming from the event’s karaoke session. Not to mention the hotel is full of children given its animal attractions, and you sure can hear all of them talking crying bouting running jumping stomping etc. every time one of them went pass the hallway. Ohh and wait till a baby start crying... you get the idea. Hopefully tomorrow when we get to play with the animals on this property it will all get better. 🙈

First of all, the reservation team to improved, BCS, seems they didn't read my email correctly. They open the email that I sent them and didn't reply to what my questions were, directly sending me attachments where I can found the info from your website until I called them and got clarification with my need. The Check-in process was smooth and fast, got a discount to buy Taman safari tickets, which great. I booked the Royal Suite and Executive Suite, back checked in at night after we went to Taman Safari, Got the keys, and the reception told us to walk to our room. I expected the receptionist at the evening shift to offer us a buggy to go from the Lobby to our room as quite walking, and I have one elderly + 1-year-old baby. The next morning, I got to know that we can use a small car service to go around the hotel. The Hotel is Huge and has a lot of entertainment and kids' facilities. On my reservation, I need one extra bed and one baby cot, when I came to my room both of my requests didn't place yet. I was a bit upset they don't have excellent communication between departments. Unfortunately, the reception didn't upsell us what you have to spend with you guys. Suggestions, they can give us a map and upsell what kids can do at the hotel, what the restaurant offers, etc. We found us by ourselves by asking so many questions to so many staff. But I wanted to highlight Ms. Risni from the reception who did a great job the next day. I approached her, a very hospitality person, and the other staff is Ms. Elisah from De Savanah restaurant; she is a very thoughtful person whose service is beyond our expectations. And also all the crews from the Girrafes building, they were very friendly to us. Breakfast's food is xoxo, but I tried lunch at the same restaurant, and it was delicious, though. Ah, we stayed in a different room, it was giraffe suites with big space that we liked, and Ms. Risni assigned us to the connecting room (applause to her that very thoughtful). But the housekeeping places our bedsheet shorter than the bed LOL, who is in the world, put a bed sheet smaller than the bed. For one night, some of our body sleeping contacted directly with the bed without a bed sheet in between. So our family vacation is good to spend time in this hotel, but you guys need to improve your staff's quality to be the best hotel in Puncak. Honestly, they have a fantastic property and so many things to offer, but i don't see any staffs give the full information with what they have in the hotel.

Thank to Pak Ndang and Pak Gandi to the excellent service and explanation during touring the Saung Hydroponic where many organic vegetables can be found. It was joyful experiences for my kids and family to see the well cared vegetables, my kids also very happy can harvest the vegetables by them selves. Great Job Pak Ndang and Pak Gandi.

Bungalow: We stayed at Zebra 09 unit. Overall the house is clean and neat but the wifi is not working. That would be great if they have one westafel/sink in the 1st floor, to make us easy for washing hands and dishes. The sink at the bedroom has a little flow of the water.
Resto: Many foods are too salty (pasta, fried rice, fried noodle, roast chicken). The only thing that worth to highlight is their waffle.
Excursion: A special shout out to Mba Edelweiss, Mas Nofan, and Mas Alfin for organizing our group to enter the Feeding Girrafe arena. They have a great hospitality and very helpful.

This hotel is a nice place for staycation, they have a lot of attractive places and activities such as africa village, bird park, feeding rabbit, feeding fish, horse riding, camel riding, elephant riding, etc
Children will love this hotel, because its a complete package, but the breakfast need to be improved, either the health protocol, or the implementation of it. They did share the hand glove but none of their staff enforce the rule, even some guests not wearing mask when they picked up the food.
The breakfast taste also need to be improved, especially the pastry, the cakes are not like hotel cakes. The pudding i found it tasted underrated
The room i picked was the executive panda, which is their newest, im quite satisfy with the room, its clean neat and have a balcony, but they need to reconsider about take out the stone in the balcony, because it attract ants and other insect. Well i was hoping they can add some bathup also in panda room just like in leopard room.

Awesome stay! Its like living inside the safari.. they have mini zoo kids having lots of fun feeding the animals like walaby, meerkat and zebra. Giraffe royal suite is worthed with big personal jacuzzi inside the room
