The location provides a wonderful opportunity to experience the rainforest with the hotel comforts of today's traveller. You may see a tapir! The staff is friendly and accommodating. I enjoy drinking star fruit juice and eating fresh fish options and hearts of palm salad.

I don't believe they do. However, our sneakers seemed to be adequate. Cieba Tops provides a place with water and a brush to wash the mud off, after a trek through the jungle. The trail we took (to the canopy walk) was fairly muddy, but with short logs/wood blocks, etc. along much of it. And the mud never got over the bottom half of our shoes. Mud boots were never an issue. Have a great time!
