Our favourite restaurants were the Mon Repos buffet which always had a good selection of food which would suit most tastes and the Trattoria where the food was tasty and offered good value for money...

An absolutely wonderful 4 night stay at Grecotel Corfu Imperial. On our arrival we were greeted by Louika who welcomed us to the Hotel and gave us a detailed overview of the grounds and facilities... She was extremely welcoming and genuinely seemed to enjoy her role... We were then escorted to our room 402 in the main building... A lovely surprise was the complimentary bottle of Prosecco and fresh fruit bowl... There we were greeted by Demitria, a member of the restaurant staff... She was so welcoming and always happy to see us... She looked after us every morning and evening during our stay... We were spoilt for choice at both Breakfast & Evening meal... On our first full day at the resort we rented Paddle Boards from the conveniently located on site watersports venue... Another day our dirty glasses had been left & not replaced...

From start to finish our stay here was wonderful. The staff can't do enough for you and are so cheerful and friendly... Robes and flannels not in the room, but brought up immediately on request... Complimentary bottle of Prosecco and fruit bowl were a lovely touch... Excellent free wifi through the site and the spa with 2 saunas, brilliant steam room and gym are also free to use, the pool in the spa is on the cool side and I have no idea why an exercise bike is in the water but that's just me... In the evening they charge for bottled water......which is odd as they give you multiple bottles daily in your room...

...The main restaurant is poor, as is the service there. Food is cold and bland and on 4 occasions we where forgotten about by the waiters and waitresses and had to go up to them to ask for drinks and coffee... I found this really really poor as it was classed as low season so they wasn't at full capacity... I paid alot of money to go and was expecting a 5 star hotel but in reality it was barely a 3 star service... We stayed in an ikos hotel last time who is the grecotel chain main rival and in all honesty there is no comparison, ikos wins hands down every time on every level...

We had an incredible family holiday at Grecotel Imperial Hotel and spa. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived... We were greeted by friendly Christina who endeavoured to assist in everything we needed... We were traveling with our toddler so we had a couple of requests that were easily accommodated... Convenient for families and stress free... I loved the morning yoga classes, thank you Ana Maria... You might want to enable another toaster for breakfast as there was often a queue...

So we were given a complimentary move to the hotel from the Daphnia Bay which was a surprise. The room we were given was excellent and very spacious/modern... We did encounter a issue with the inter hotel move where we booked a A la cart and once we arrived we told we needed a voucher which we were not given... The restaurant manager was excellent and solved the issue however we were rather embarrassed over the affair... We explained this to the hotel and they were very apologetic, we were given a complimentary A la cart and were very impressed when we returned to the room as there was a personal letter and bottle of wine from the manager... Every member of staff were very friendly and helpful... Overall we had a great time in both hotels and were impressed with the service, facilities and staff...

From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience... The villa and room service was faultless but what made the stay was the personal concierge service from Loukia and the breakfast and dinner service from husband and wife team George and Dimitra... The complimentary airport pick up and snorkling advice from James only added to whole trip... They all made our 9 night stay that little bit easier and the kids loved every minute - including the excellent lunchtime buffet for kids only!... I cannot recommend it highly enough and the management should take huge credit on an excellent performance...

Highly recommend Grectol Imperial to anyone traveling to Corfu! We were blown away by this resort - the room, grounds, pool / beach, and restaurants were incredible... Special shout-out to the servers at Trattoria & Wine Bar especially Aphrodite and Dimitris; and the pool staff including Clevis and the other gentleman who helped with towels and umbrellas (didn’t catch his name!)... Our few complaints include lack of water around the resort, refillable jugs would’ve been highly appreciated; also the need to call for an iron each night was a bit inconvenient vs having one available in our room...

We enjoyed a glass on the balcony while taking in the glorious view... The room itself was spotlessly clean with everything you would expect from such a wonderful property... On our first night we elected to eat at Mon Repos Buffet Restaurant... It was a lovely evening so we sat outside... She was so welcoming and always happy to see us... We were spoilt for choice at both Breakfast & Evening meal... On our first full day at the resort we rented Paddle Boards from the conveniently located on site watersports venue... The bay in front of the hotel was perfect for paddle boarding... We had taken our own snorkel & masks with us and we were delighted to find a small boardwalk with steps into the sea... There were plenty of fish to see without having to go too far from the shore... Overall I would thoroughly recommend the Grecotel Corfu Imperial... On one occasion we returned to our room to find that we had not been given replacement hand towels, water or coffee...

From start to finish our stay here was wonderful. The staff can't do enough for you and are so cheerful and friendly... Our room was 306 which had a really comfy bed, brilliant view out to sea and all the amenities you could wish for... Robes and flannels not in the room, but brought up immediately on request... Complimentary bottle of Prosecco and fruit bowl were a lovely touch... Excellent free wifi through the site and the spa with 2 saunas, brilliant steam room and gym are also free to use, the pool in the spa is on the cool side and I have no idea why an exercise bike is in the water but that's just me... The hotel and grounds are stunning and the food in the main buffet dining room excellent, like most buffet offerings some things could be hotter, but the selection was really good, fresh and tasty with gorgeous deserts !... In the evening they charge for bottled water......which is odd as they give you multiple bottles daily in your room...

We had an incredible family holiday at Grecotel Imperial Hotel and spa... We were greeted by friendly Christina who endeavoured to assist in everything we needed... We were traveling with our toddler so we had a couple of requests that were easily accommodated... Convenient for families and stress free... Amazing resort, hard to beat... You might want to enable another toaster for breakfast as there was often a queue...

...Guys if you want a holiday of your dreams with food and amazing staff that actually do care, you’re in for a treat. There are panoramic views of the see everywhere you look and you can sit in one of the beautiful sunbeds and watch the world go by...

From start to finish, this was an exceptional experience... 42) with a private pool and beach... The villa and room service was faultless but what made the stay was the personal concierge service from Loukia and the breakfast and dinner service from husband and wife team George and Dimitra... The complimentary airport pick up and snorkling advice from James only added to whole trip... They all made our 9 night stay that little bit easier and the kids loved every minute - including the excellent lunchtime buffet for kids only!... Nothing in this resort is too much trouble...

One of the best hotels we have ever visited . Very clean , beautiful beaches , and really good food... The hospitality was great , especially the lady joanna who welcomed with a really warm heart and was helpful and great with everything we needed...

This was our second stay in 2022 at this amazing hotel. The panoramic view from the hotel room is one of a kind as the location of the hotel is just perfect... The private beaches were nearly empty now in October, but the staff as friendly and attentive as always... Two of the main reasons for our return: The six-star-gym with the exceptionally competent instructor Panos and the morning yoga sessions with the outstanding instructor Anna-Maria...

This is a fabulous hotel with 3 private beaches and 2 big pools... We were half board and the buffet was vast with lots of Greek specialities, healthy choices and plenty of treats!... Our room was a sea view bungalow with a view towards Gouvia, it was lovely to sit on the balcony... The room was spacious and spotless and there was a plentiful supply of water and beach towels... The pool was heated from 1st October and was a good size for swimming... We liked the sunbeds near the pool overlooking the Albanian coast - look out for the dolphins!... The free shuttle bus to Corfu town was great we took a morning and evening trip, I’d recommend both... We hope to come back, a real treat...

...We had a deluxe bungalow sea view - this type of rooms has tree marble steps INSIDE the room, however you will not see them on any photos when you chose this hotel. Secondly, there is NO STEP FREE access to the beach or to the pool!!!...

...The view from my room was amazing and the location is incredible - awesome sunrise and sunset views, wonderful beach swimming and beautiful pools (but please read other reviews on the horrible sun-lounger culture!)... Just a couple of examples: checking into the room I was told the mini bar could be filled, but I would need to pay to fill it; no bathrobes; bills brought each time a drink was ordered to pay per drink rather than after having had all drinks at a bar; limited pool/beach towels... There was also a sign in the room that said only one Nespresso capsule could be used per adult per day and any extras would be charged at EUR 2... I was waiting to be served and yet families would arrive and be served first...

...The staff was amazing the reception was always helpful, the guest relation were accommodating and sweet, the porters were friendly, the waiters were kind and always with a smile, and the housekeeping ladies always cared about what was needed especially with our baby all baby amenities we requested were inside our room. whenever we wanted baby food the service was great!!!... The beach was quiet and had many options of sunbeds during the day and the kids club girls were so nice!... Our room was perfect for us we had a Boschetto Suite just a few meters away from the main building quiet and relaxing we had a ground floor modern suite with 2 rooms, with our garden our veranda and our own sunbeds, great for the kids to play and the shallow water of the pool was ideal for our older child... We also tried the sea shuttle and the shuttle service to Corfu Town the quality in this place is unbeatable!...

...Upon checking in, we were offered a traditional Corfiot sweet and beverages. As you can imagine, check-in was seamless from a hotel of this caliber... Since the complex is made up of private villas as well as the main building, it took us a day to familiarize ourselves with the location of the amenities, private beach, and pools... Our room was fabulous, and the views of the sea were stunning... Exploring the exquisite grounds is a must... We have two children, so we ate at the fabulous buffet every morning... The larger pool is incredible and is steps from the beautiful private beach... The staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and warm... I want to thank Joanna from guest relations for consistently making reservations on our behalf and pointing out where great beaches and towns off the beaten path could be found on the island...

...The hotel itself is beautiful as is the private beach and the private mini peninsula with fantastic views. Food was good with multiple places to choose from and there was generally a very calm and relaxed vibe from the hotel and it's grounds... The concierge desk were particularly helpful in arranging activities for me and helped me keep a fun packed agenda... They were able to organise tours of the island, walking, trips to Corfu Town, tennis, speedboats etc...
