Simply AMAZING! We spent a total of 3 weeks in Peru, but the week we spent with Amazonia Expeditions (end of October) was by far the best and most memorable and it’s what I’m really missing right now.  Everything is just a little too quiet here at night...   I am so impressed by Amazonia Expeditions.  The whole experience was...

We had the most amazing stay in the Amazon, thanks to Paul, Alfredo & all the staff at Amazonian Expeditions. The lodges are fantastic & considering you are in the deep jungle one can definately say luxurious!!!. You can choose what you want to do at a pace that suits you. This was such an amazing experience. The lodge was wonderful and our guide Alain couldn't have been more helpful, informative and adventurous. The jungle was something to see and experience. Alain customized our activities so we could see: 1) the most beautiful pink-toed tarantula, 2) five kinds of monkeys, 3) poison dart frogs, 4) birds including vultures, hawks, McCaws, parrots,...

What a magnificent place! Our stay was too short. The lodge itself is like a village on stilts complete with dining hall, a lounge, intenet cafe area and a hammock room! It was more luxurious than we had expected and the family style buffets, announced with a beating drum, were delicious. Our guide, Alfredo, was an expert biologist and cameraman...

We had an amazing adventure in the Peruvian Amazon with Amazonia Expeditions. Our family of 4 (children ages 10 and 13) split time between the main lodge and the research center for a total of 8 days, and consider it the best family vacation we have had to date, ever, no comparison. This place is unique, and the way they...

We had a great visit to the Amazon! Our guide Christian customized our experience and gave us personal insights to local customs, beliefs, and way of life - we even got a special treatment from the local shaman. The lodge and research centre were comfortable and welcoming, and staff warm and friendly. With Christian's guidance we saw a variety of...

This was an extraordinary experience that my family and I did not want to return from. We had eight days and seven nights on the Tahuayo River, shared between the Lodge and the Research Centre. The staff were the friendliest and happiest of people happy to do whatever they could to make our stay a great one. Our guide Josias,...

My daughter and I had a wonderful time! It was the perfect combination of modern facilities and jungle living for us. It was good to able to sleep on a comfortable bed, to have running water and lights, while having access to the jungle outside. Our guide, was terrific. He was very encouraging, getting us to challenge ourselves to experience...

We stayed there a week. Went on many excursions. Loved everyone of them. Rooms almost all overlooked the river. Very cool. Right in the jungle. I recommend the all day trip down the river almost to Bolivia. Very cool. Chance to eat and swim with piranhas. Very cool
