While the beds were very comfortable and the water very hot the maintainance left a lot to be desired. The bathroom door lock was broken and the paintwork around the window frame was in a poor condition. We alerted the reception but were met with apathy and a shrug of the shoulders.

This is an IBIS hotel, but is a very good IBIS. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast laid out well and facilities all great. Not luxury, but great standard for an IBIS.had an unexpected stop here as the car broke down, but staff were so helpful and knowledgable about the area as well.

Stayed in this hotel with the family in a stopover en-route for the Alps ski holiday week. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the autoroute and to a big commercial centre. Rooms are comfortable and the staff was very nice helpful. Didn't try the breakfast.

We stayed here for one night in transit while going back to my country. This hotel is a tipical transit hotel. The breakfast was great that is is a typical continental breakfast. The disadvantages are the small rooms and the weak walls. The room and bathroom were clean. The night manager was an excellent representative of the organisation. He is...

A standard Ibis hotel, with the usual very small room, with no space to put a large suitcase. It is located in a commercial area a few km from downtown, and a few km from the lake on the other side. The room and bathroom were clean. The restaurant service is very basic, which may be a nuisance, as many...

We have stayed here on several occasions due to the excellent parking, good breakfast and massive choice of dining venues within a few minutes walk of the hotel. Access from the motorway is easy, also a good point to fill up in France with fuel before heading off to Italy as there is a supermarket fuel station near the hotel.

The first night was OK, no real issues. The second night we had some issues with the bathroom but the hotel have promised to compensate us so no problem there either. The location is convenient for the highway and we were en-route to Italy so Chambery was an ideal stop over place. On the way back we also stayed and...

We were given a No Smoking room which smelt very strongly of nicotine. The WiFi was not working properly in the room or at the desktop in reception. The night manager was an excellent representative of the organisation. Friendly, courteous, welcoming and helpful.

We stayed here for one night in transit while travelling around France. It was located in a semi-industrial type area, but was still located well enough for other services like shopping, petrol and food options. It is pretty basic and I wouldn't stay for much longer than a night, but it suited our needs on this occasion and price was...
