We spent a night at this delightful quiet small hotel en route for a skiing holiday. Situated on the outskirts of Chambery, its pastoral location is a delightful surprise. The weather was mild and we were able to enjoy an aperitif before dinner on the terrace overlooking the sensational views. We received a very warm welcome and staff were all...

Overnighted here to break the drive to Italy. Room was comfortable with a peaceful outlook to the garden. The area is semi-rural close to Chambery with very little traffic going by. The half-board rate including dinner was very good value, with the restaurant apparently popular with locals.

Even though this hotel is short distance from the center of Chambery, it feels like a country inn, both because of its setting in a valley where development is regulated because of Les Charmettes (a home associated with the life of Rousseau) located just up the road and because of the warm and easy welcome of those who run the...

Central Chambery was a traffic nightmare-so really appreciated finding the little winding road out of town to this peaceful location. Rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed a very tasty dinner and breakfast on the half-board rate which was very good value. Sofar have found the " Logis" group hotels to be very good.

This was a last minute booking heading from Italy to Calais. We arrived late, tired and hungry. The restaurant was closed but it was no trouble for Madame to make up something for us to eat and a nice bottle of local wine. We were even offered desert and coffee at 11pm. She was so welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast the...

Found Ö Pervenches thanks to Chambéry Office de Tourisme. Just outside the town centre on a small road where I would have never otherwise found this pearl. Friendly staff and nice clean rooms with the peaceful location made this a great place. Certainly will visit on another journey as well. Demi Pension highly recommended - The hotel restaurant is very...

We definitely needed the help of the Maps application to find this hotel, the last part of the road leading to it was quite narrow but once there, there was ample parking outside. We received a warm welcome & the offer of a newly refurbished room which cost less than the room we had booked, an excellent start. The room...

“Room 4 fantastic mountain views”

“There are stairs to the second and third floors where my favorite rooms are: viz # 9 with its beautiful garden view and nice size and #7 the last has a great view of the mountains. Do not worry about a room overlooking the parking area-the scenery beyond makes up for it and Dead Quiet reigns from 9:30 PM onward. Actually: it is pretty quiet throughout the day.”
