We stayed for a night in this lovely hotel,I loved the spacious rooms and the decor. The place is located in a nice part of the city surrounded by villas and vacation homes. The view from our balcony was lovely. One of the local tourist attractions, the church from Curtea de Arges is at walking distance. We also enjoyed the...

We stayed here one night and found the rooms very comfortable. They were big, clean, airconditioned and came with free wifi. The hotel itself is very cute and the staff very helpful and it was so cheap, at least by Australian standards. It's a 2minute walk to all the restaurants on the main street. Would recommend staying here. FYI its...

I have loved staying at Casa Domneasca, even if it was just for 1 night. For Curtea de Arges I believe it is the best accommodation. It is simply charming big house, with good rooms, very nice bath facilities. The Spa is small, but however great if you are not a long distance swimmer, but just a lay around in...

We stayed here on our last night touring Transylvania - such a beautiful hotel with helpful staff and the most beautiful staircase I have seen. Room was beautifully furnished with a balcony (shared with next door room though) but toiletries were sadly lacking (little sachets which is always disappointing in a 4* hotel). The spa area was lovely , clean...

First port of call on our Romanian road trip was Curtea de Arges and after a late flight into Bucharest we headed up to our overnight stay at the Casa Domneasca. We were very late arriving but the owner kindly waited up for us, it was past midnight, checked us in without any fuss, in fact we completed the paperwork...

Just 2 minutes walking from the center of the town, on the middle of a great slope is the perfect place for a peaceful rest. Clean and spacious rooms in a big country side house, with fresh gardens and indoor swimming pool. Breakfast is not great but correct.

Is located nicely on the hill and the look and feeling is of an old, romantic house. The restaurant is amazing with a nice variety and exotic of food. The breakfast tough was the same on each and every day, buffet type but replenishing was poor and you had to call the receptionist to ask for it. The rooms felt small but...

I have stayed with my wife and my son at this hotel and first impression is that the hotel is very nice and clean in a good location and staff were very professional . It hasn't got a lift or portering service which means it cannot be a 4 star. I would also like to mention that breakfast(between 8-10) is...
