Just had the best napolitana pizzas at the moment! 😋🍕🍕🍕it’s a must if you’re in the ‘hood’ 😆👌 parma prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella, grana padano, acceto balsamico..not pricey al all!! Also recommend visiting Kamnik of course 😍😄👍

We loved staying at this property! Room was modern and very clean. We booked a room with king bed and a sofa bed which was perfect for our family of 3. Bathroom was newly tiled and had modern fixtures. Room was very quiet and there were blackout curtains that you could close if you chose to. All rooms require use of steps which isn’t a problem for us. One minor thing, towels were a bit rough and scratchy. While the accommodations were very good, what made the stay excellent were the hosts. Frank, the owner, really cares about his guests and went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The breakfast for 6 euros was outstanding (fresh fruit, eggs to order, meat, cheese, cereal, coffee to order, etc). Katya was so sweet, and like Frank, provided excellent service. Room prices are standard depending on room type and we had no surprises. Billing exactly as expected. Kamnik is a nice small town with a large municipal pool open to the public (3 euro pp). Great location to visit Velika Planina and also Ljublana. If we ever return to Slovenia will definitely stay here again!

Stayed a couple of nights earlier this month and really enjoyed it. Clean and comfortable and with a great breakfast. Friendly owner and staff. Easy train connection to Ljubljana too. I will certainly return again. Hvala lepa...

whilst travelling through Slovenia on motorcycle , we just called into Pri Cesarju , and we are very glad we did . We were greeted by friendly staff and given a very nice room , with balcony . The bar seems to do snack food during the day , but nothing in the vening , but this is not a problem as there are restaurants with in easy walking distance . since google earth photographed the area , they have exstended the cafe , adding a large seated / roofed balcony aboive the cafe , with great mountrain views. They serve a excellent beer that you can take to the upstairs balcony and watch the sun go down on the mountains. Breakfast was vey nice . would recommend this place to anyone, and will visit it again, as the area is perfect for touring . It's a shame we could only stay one night.

Is nice small hotel, mostly for the tourist which is arived in Kamnik city or one of the ski center ( Krvavec or Velika Planina ). The rooms in hotel are comfortable and clean. They offering a traditional slovenian breakfast. Hotel lies near the center of Kamnik City. Parking should not be a problem.

I'll never visit this place again, because the personel is not fair. When we arrived and asked for price of the accommodation, woman (after a call to the owner) said it is 52 EUR for one night and we should pay the next day, but when we wanted to pay, the owner said that the real price is 60 EUR. For me they are simply cheaters :( so bad, bacause the room was really clean and nice (the minus was that the place is quite noisy at night).

This was my 3rd visit to this great little hotel, this time with the family. The breakfasts are superb at this family run, beautifully restored building. The rooms are comfortable and clean and I love the friendly café/bar downstairs. The father and son management team make you feel like family right away.

Nice place. Very convenient to the town center. Good breakfasts. I stayed four nights – had a different style of cooked egg each day. The inn serves as a gathering spot for many regular customers so there is good action and much conviviality. The single room was too small – it would have been better to have reserved a double room for solo use.

We hadn't booked a room in Kamnic and just called in to this hotel whilst cycling through town. Location Centrally located with less than 5 minute walk to the Tourist Information Centre Ample car parking and they also secured our bikes overnight Rooms Very clean rooms with a desk and good internet access. Hosts Frank and his father, Franci run this family operated business. Their hospitality has to be experienced to be believed. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and well presented. All the recommendations made by Frank were spot on. He was able to provide advice and knowledge regarding the local area. I don't think you'll find better hosts in Slovenia. Recommendation I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. I'm sure that an email to Frank will be answered quickly and that their follow up will be of a very high standard.

You couldn't find a more comfortable or more welcoming place to stay in all of Slovenia. Franek and his dad are wonderful hosts--almost immediately you feel like family. The rooms are very comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect (including HD TV, free WIFI, frig and hair dryer)). There is a small bar downstairs with an outside terrace--perfect for the best coffee in Kamnik (they are especially proud of that). For breakfast I like the cafe tradition of "toast"--which is a world-class grilled cheese and ham sandwich. Why haven't other countries thought of that? We love the town of Kamnik--only 45 minutes from Ljubljana and a world away--real small town charm . There is convenient parking too. We love this place and will be returning soon.
