Nice hotel! Quiet, comfortable. Big and very clean rooms. Perfect breakfast with high quality of food. Fine pools. Very good location - on the shore of the sea and close to town. Would recommend to friends, no doubt. Only one minus - all written information only in Polish:-) And Jastarnia as resort isn't to my taste. But in spite of everything - it is a good option for relax
Great hotel, quite big, very clean, comfortable. Delicious breakfast, good spa with sauna and swimming pool. Amazing breakfast!. Fantastic location, very close to the sea and to the main street. Service was friendly

I came to this hotel for the weekend. The stay was excellent, I have no objections. Beautiful views, wonderful nature and a stone's throw from a huge beach. Comfortable conditions, well-kept rooms, tasty food. I recommend it with all my heart
I have very good memories of a holiday trip in this place. Rooms, great service, tasty food, beautiful surroundings, And this beautiful view of the sea from the window. Everyone will love it, the best place I've ever been!
Clean and modern rooms. Easy access to the beach for hotel guests. Breakfast available. There is also a restaurant on the 4th floor. Pets allowed. Small parking lot with only one parking spot for handicaps. Not precise directions to get there on Google maps.
I spent 4 nights in this hotel. It was a very nice stay. The location is great close to the beach. The hotel is clean and spacious. The people are absolutely nice, friendly and helpful. I had the chance to get an upgraded room at the fifth floor. Big flat with kitchen and everything. Fantastic. Restaurant is perfect and the breakfast is very good. Fitness room is ok. The spa area is absolutely perfect. You can rent bikes for free. I strongly recommend this hotel
First the good.. This hotel is absolutely perfect for children, and this is the hotel’s focus. They have a huge outdoor play area; an indoor swimming pool; a playroom for children with entertainment staff and varied activities during the day. Although they sometimes have small groups of business people, their absolute focus is on children and they do it very well. They are not interested in foreign guests (no CNN, no BBC); they are not really interested in company groups (no bar; no disco) and not interested in young people without children looking for fun. But it is refreshing to see a hotel in Poland that really knows their target group and caters exclusively for them. Having said this, they also have a very good restaurant on the 4th floor with a huge terrace with (sort-of..) sea views. So it is not as if they sacrifice their food standards because their target is children. They also have a separate breakfast restaurant and they offer an excellent breakfast. The hotel has an excellent location, right on the beach, and very nice, spacious front rooms with a balcony and view of the sea. They also have a spa (with not very welcoming staff..) but we did did not try it. Now the bad… The design of the hotel is bizarre to say the least. The breakfast room is sort of in a semi-cellar, which although on the sea side of the hotel, has absolutely no view. The reception area is cold, dismal and unwelcoming and looks like every other reception area in Polish hotels of this standard (do they only have one hotel architect in Poland..?). The access from the hotel to the beach could not have been designed in a worse way, so although the hotel is almost directly on the beach, you have to walk upstairs, downstairs, round corners and through car park or terraces to actually get to the beach. I think the architect was thinking (“Now what can I do, to make sure I can make access to the beach as difficult and indirect as possible..?”). One thing completely ludicrous is that although it is a beach hotel with direct access to beach, there is no shower between beach and hotel. So it means that all the guests bring sand back into the hotel and leave it in the carpets in the rooms, making the chamber-maids task more difficult and of course gradually wearing out the hotel carpets. This would be inconceivable in a similar hotel in Italy, France, Spain etc. Other details that were not thought-out is that there are not enough hooks and towel rails in the bathrooms so you have to leave towels hanging on cupboard doors; no rubbish bin in rooms. Finally, the music they play in the upstairs restaurant is the same night after night, month after month, year after year. A never-ending repetitive loop pf music. We were even told by the staff that is driving them crazy, never mind the guests. But the manager doesn’t want to change it….…
