Beautiful property, tucked away in the hillside of some of the most famous nebbiolo vines. The service is outstanding-- the family that runs the establishment and other staff are quite attentive and go out of their way to ensure your visit to the region is a memorable one. My wife and I stayed in one of the newly renovated modern suites (Duplex Ginestra). It was a beautiful suite, with a clean, modern-simplistic style. The two stories of large windows provide for amazing views of the vineyard hillsides. Wonderful spa features that provide for a very relaxing stay. We will definitely stay again during our next visit to the region!

The most amazing views in the area of La Morra / Barolo! Hotel staff were amazing. We stayed in one of the dublex rooms by the pool. It was just perfect with kids, even if some parts especially in the toilet (sink, tap etc.)need some refurbishing. We also had an issue with the airconditioning but overall the room was great. We had a dinner at their restaurant (terrace) and tried their wines. It was great . We were surpriced that the restaurant was empty during the lunch time. We will definitely return to this hotel!

We had an amazing stay at Palas Cerequio! Our stay was very comfortable, and service impeccable. Make sure you check out the wine store, which is one of the most beautiful cellars I’ve visited. All of the wineries on our list were within a 10min drive through the vines. Rent a fun car. We will be back, and are sending our friends!

The arrival to the resort can be tricky as our car gps system did not have the place. However thanks to googlemap and coming from La Morra we found it quite easy. On arrival the impression is not great but after you find the reception and get the friendly reception matters improve. The rooms are modern and the views are great. People are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is fine and has all you need. Overall we were very happy with the place and had a very enjoyable time. However the design especially from the duplex suite is not practical at all. There are to many bathroom options which you cannot use if you are not an athlete. Many things look good maybe, but sure are not user friendly. Considering all this we found it rather on the expensive side.

after a very thourough and attentive research, I booked Palas Cerequio to celebrate my dad’s birthday. I was looking for an exceptional place for an unforgettable experience. Palas Cerequio is 1km from La Morra. To get there, you need to go through a pretty hostile road among vineyards: the feeling is to arrive to a very isolated country house and, at first, not that glamorous., The country house is very simple from the outside; it has two blocks of houses and a spectacular view of the valley. We were welcomed by the owner and we were shown our suites. We had the Brunate and the Villero suites. The Brunate suite is on two floors, modern and minimalist decor, white is the dominant colour making it look even more spacious and elegsant. Brunate is the most private of all modern suites as it is the last one (they are in a block, one after the other, and they all have big windows overlooking the same garden and valley). The ground floor was pretty spacious, with a white leather sofa in front of a big window, jacuzzi, in-room Turkish bath, chrome therapy rain shower; the upper floor had a king size bed with fantastic view, lateral window for extra view, separate big bath. All in all, each detail is very well thought. ThevVillero suite is in a separate building. The decor is more classic but equally stunning. Quite baroque, We had in-room Turkish bath as well and it was a great experience. The bed and the pillows were absolutely amazing. Overall this is not a place you would appreciate if you are looking for the crowd and the vibe. It is a quiet and tranquil place. In the afternoon we had a nice glass of Barolo and read a book in the courtyard overlooking the valley and vineyards. Very relaxing. We tried the restaurant and it’s good but pricey. However, this is not a surprise for a luxury hotel. The hotel is actually a Barolo Cru Resort and we visited the remarkable cellar populated by the most precious Barolo bottles. Impressive really. They do hold wine tasting sessions as well. Staff was nice and friendly. I would definitely come back!
