It was our second stay to this hotel. As previously, everything was fantastic. The hotel has a great location - just a few minutes of walking from Kutaisi centre and only a few hundred metres from the most important object in the city, i.e. Bagrati cathedral. Rooms are big enough, cosy and very clean. Owners are wonderful - they are so friendly and helpful - you feel like home. The served breakfasts are very tasty (and not only breakfasts - you can also have a traditional Georgian dinner and drink their own wine). The owners arrange tours to any place you wish. I highly recommend this place! We already miss Irina and Kakha! And we will return there for sure!

We only spent one night in Kutaisi and were really lucky to stay at this nice place. With lovely views over Kutaisi, excellent dinner and breakfast and really friendly hosts it was the perfect choice. When we return to Kutaisi we definitely stay here again.

The dormitory was very specious with 4 single bed and one double layer. It is more than enough for a big family or 5-6 friends. we can hear the the steady burble of running water since the river is very near downside..It would be great if the owner fix a lock for door in between kitchen and dormitory. Also, we faced a delay in breakfast & wifi was slow., other all better including location,calm,specious...etc

Very friendly and helpful owner and extremely good value. The guest house provided two vehicles and two drivers ($60 per vehicle including driver) and we did a day excursion to two canyons and the Prometheus Caves. The guest house also provided home made Georgian wine which was really tasty. The breakfast option was excellent too. I would highly recommend staying at this property for your trip to Kutaisi. Contrary to what others have said, we found the owner to speak good English, so perhaps he has improved with the recent influx of UK tourists that are visiting Kutaisi now that WizzAir fly there from London.

Room Tip: Hiring the car with a driver is worth it as the Georgian roads are a bit crazy.

Very comfortable and charming guesthouse well located near the cathedral, and short walk to the market and main square. The owner doesn't speak much English but was very nice to us, even giving us a bottle of his homemade wine to enjoy on the balcony with lovely views of Kutaisi. The room was very clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Highly recommended.
