Visited Hotel Terrace in july, stayed for 2 weeks. Room was cozy and comfortable, equipted with air conditioning, smart tv,lighings could be controled by remote, which was the most comfortable. Housekeeping was cleaning the room and changing towels every day. Staff was very friendly and attantive, making you feel like at home. View from the terrace is incredible. Higly recommended!

Our first introduction to the hotel was a pleasant and welcoming reception. However, there was no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. The room was small, clean, with a double bed, a safe, pull-out desk and bedside tables. The hand-held light switch was very handy and the bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Our room did have a TV, wall heater, bath towel heater, a fridge and free WiFi. It also had a jug but there was no tea, coffee or milk!!!! A lack of power-points meant that it was difficult to recharge our phones and i-pads. The bathroom was small, clean and offered the usual facilities that we were expecting. The shower did not have a great deal of pressure but was adequate and the water temperature was acceptable. On the top floor was a bar and outdoor terrace. This was a very relaxing area to have a late afternoon drink, and as the sun set, it provided a very pleasant view overlooking the town. The service provided was very good - drinks, not expensive. As the hotel did not have a restaurant, it was necessary to walk into town, which was a positive for the hotel, because it is located only about 10 minutes walking time from the town center. Breakfast was limited On offer was some fruit, yoghurt, cheese "sticks", cold meat, bread. tea and coffee. Nothing special. Overall, the Terrace Hotel had some positives and a few aspects of its operation and facilities that left a bit to be desired. However, the place had a pleasant atmosphere, and in comparison to other places we stayed, not only in Georgia, but also in Armenia and Azerbaijan, it, for us, rates a 4.

I originally stayed at Hotel Terrace almost a year ago and I was impressed with the stay. Recently we stayed on two separate occasions and enjoyed the experience immensely. The staff members were all friendly and approachable, the rooms were comfortable with a good range of facilities, we appreciated the efficient aircon on the warm days and also the wide range and TV channels but the wifi could be ropey at times. We arranged taxis and airport transfers through the hotel and all were arranged efficiently. We used the Roof Top terrace which is such a chilled place with accompanying ambient music, such a nice place to spend an evening. Breakfast was excellent with a varied selection each morning. Another excellent stay, the hotel is perfect when staying in Kutaisi, it is a short walk from the centre of the city and represents amazing value for money and hopefully will return to again soon.

I, my wife and our son would like to congratulate with Dimitri, his wife, all his family and the rest of the staff for the great time we spent there! A special mention is for the Terrace on the top of the building with a wonderful view of the city, the right place to taste a good local wine. Good breakfast, beautiful room with balcony with view of the Bagrati Cathedral. Excellent private service for the transfer from the airport and the half day excursion to Gelati and Motsameta. Well done!
