The hotel has a good location, within easy walking distance of the city centre. Staff were helpful. The room was spacious though the bed was rather lumpy. We stayed there on two occasions and recommend that you try for an odd numbered room if you are sensitive to light. (The even- numbered rooms have a better view, but are brightly lit at night by the illuminated hotel sign.) The bathroom was adequate. Breakfast was better than average and featured real coffee.

Hotel is close to the city center, but in a quiet area. Rooms are clean and nice, lots of facilities in the room. The breakfast is varied and they also have a terrace bar which serves drinks and snacks - sandwiches, garlic bread chips, nuts and assorts, wine selection is broad and prices are lower than other hotels I've been to.

The location is not ideal for family with children. This was identified as near to central though the place is uphill so it not easy for parents with kids and older people to climb up. Toilet was not so clean and stinks all over the room due to the old sewage maybe..it really bothered so much..No restaurant nor coffee shop..they only got breakfast in the morning which is all the same for the days we stayed.

The hotel is exceptional. We visited in August 2022 and were beyond satisfied. All staff members in the hotel are super friendly and professional, mostly we interacted with the guys in the rooftop bar who were very helpful, spoke English surprisingly well and made really really good cocktails :D the signature cocktail, If I remember correctly - Tribble - was the absolute best drink I've had in my life. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, everything one could desire is in the room: A fan, mirror light, bed lamp, a smart tv (rare in Georgian hotels), air conditioner, shelf-like tables, chairs, a balcony and whatnot. The best part is the price. Very cheap indeed. They also told me the hotel would be renovated in winter. However, renovation or not, we're still coming back next summer.

Reception guys are so hospitable and helpful, the breakfast team are old women and so nice. But the terrace bar was not opened and the bar manager told us that it is under renovation, then told us that a guest broke the window that’s why it was closed. He was so rude.

Whilst the location is good and only a few minutes walk from the centre it does take a bit of finding and access for vehicles is a bit tight. Our bus had to park a couple of streets away as it couldn't get any closer down the narrow streets. The views over the town and surrounding area are good. It was a comfortable stay, we were well looked after.

A bit hard to get up there by a longer car as the streets leading all the way up are narrow with sharp curves but manageable. I felt like we had no space to park but the receptionist showed us another place to park right next to the hotel so everything was ok. The staff was very very nice and always helpful. The room had everything we needed. And the view from the bar terace - OMG! Go there for a drink in the evening, it was magical sitting in the outside space of the bar. One little complaint though - the young bartender (unlike all the other personnel of the hotel) didn´t seem to care a lot. He was listening to a loud techno music and offering us only a bottled water because in his words "tap water was not good at the hotel" but we heard different later from the receptionist. And unfortunately, we were served a very cold red wine which spoiled all its taste. A bartender, especially in Georgia, should know how to serve a wine.

Amazing hotel It was a total experience to have chosen the most convinient and accommodating hotel in kutaisi. From the moment we checked in (03:00am) till we checked out, we didnt felt lost. Veto, Omiko, and Omar were helpful with everything. Tito and Mariko, such high level of hospitality. But i would say, the real gem of this hotel are the ladies who’s serving us breakfast and cleaning our room. I envy them of their strentgh and passion towards hospitality. I highle recommend this hotel for anyone who is travelling to Kuataisi.
